Hope is one of the most fundamental human emotions. It is like a calm flame within that helps you see during the darkest times of your life. It provides you with the strength that you need to keep pushing until you achieve your goals.

Many people in history realized their dreams just because they refused to give up and had hope in their hearts that one day, they will have what they desire. And so they did. 

However, as we have all witnessed in our lives, sometimes, even this fundamental force is not enough to turn your dreams into reality. You hold on to hope for the longest of times and yet, nothing happens.

In fact, the longer you stay hopeful, the more you come to realize that what you wish for, isn't going to happen. So, when do you know that it's okay to give up hope and just let things go?

As a human being, it can be quite difficult to let go. Especially if your dreams or your wishes mean a lot to you. And although I truly believe that you can manifest anything that you put your energy into, some things are just not meant to happen.

The truth is, the outside world can never be 100% according to how you want it to be. Situations change, people change, times change and you need to change along with them. That's the only way to survive and thrive in this reality.

In order to do that, it is important to know and understand that you need to let go at times. Your heart won't want to do it, your mind won't want to do it, but that doesn't matter. Sometimes, it's just okay to give up hope and start afresh.

Well, the bigger question is when do you know it is the right time to do so? It's difficult to say really. Maybe you will just get hints or signs from the universe. Maybe someone will say something and make you suddenly realize it or something will happen and it will open your eyes. Who knows!
