The other day, I was watching the movie _Limitless_ for the umpteenth time. If you haven’t watched it yet, I recommend you do so. It is about a guy who discovers a pill that gives him super intelligence and the action filled turn of events from there on. 

The movie got me thinking what humanity would look like if we all had intelligence level shown in the movie. Only one human alone is enough to make hundreds of years worth of progress who is equipped with such an intelligence. 

If you are thinking how that is possible, well, I am not talking about the intelligent people of history like Newton or Einstein. I am talking intelligence level that is just supernatural, probably hundred times more than what Einstein possessed. 

Anyways, as a fun little thought experiment, I started wondering what I would do if I ever had this ability. I would love to know what you would do with this gift too, so, chime in, in the comments section. 

# 1. Develop A Theory of Everything

Theory of Everything is something that scientists have been trying to develop for decades. Even Einstein was not able to crack this. So, what is this ‘theory of everything’?

Well, in simple words, it’s a single theory of physics that would establish a link between all the forces of nature, thereby explaining the physical universe in its entirety. 

The ramification of this would be enormous as this would first, enhance our understanding of reality by orders of magnitude and second, it would open doors to further advance our species in ways we can’t even imagine. 

Also, the practical applications would be almost science-fiction like. Who knows what kind of exotic technologies we would develop thanks to the ToE!

# 2. Making Us A Spacefaring Civilisation

The next thing I would do if I had insanely supernatural intelligence would be to figure out how to make our species a truly spacefaring one. This has been one of my greatest wishes for humanity ever since I understood the concept of space and different planets. 

Different planets would have different conditions and moulding them to our specific criteria would take a ton of brainpower solving complex problems on a planetary scale. 

I think a supernatural intelligence would indeed enable a person to solve these kind of huge, seemingly impossible problems. The final result would of course be spectacular.

Imagine us humans spread throughout the solar system and taking trips to these planets as if taking trips to another country! Imagine living in such a future. 

# 3. Solving Problems At Home

Before people start giving me heat about solving the problems at home (here on Earth) before solving the ones ‘out there’, I would of course use my super intelligence to solve the biggest problems that we face. 

In my opinion, poverty, hunger, lack of education and income disparity are the biggest ones that are needed to be solved so that the world can become this heaven of a place that we all dream of it becoming one day. 

Imagine a world where there are no hungry and world peace prevails. Imagine humans having stopped killing each other for their own personal gains. Imagine where each and every member of the society is educated and is contributing towards its progress.

Seriously, if I had a pill that made my supernaturally intelligent even for a week, this is the first thing I would do, now that I think about it.
