One can relate to this article so much. I do think music has been and can be even more so influential in lot of ways. And there's music for everyone! :)

I hear you completely on this, i'm a big EDM and progressive trance fan and without its medolic sounds i dont think i could make it through many days. It really is food for the soul, gets those endorphines pumping and dopamine levels up. It also has helped me when I dont feel like excercising i just slam on a podcast and i'm good to go

I love this! It connects so much with me. I don’t joke with my playlists. Why? Cause I know how much positive influence music has brought into my life, the problems I have been able to solve by the influence of music and the inspirations I have gotten from listening to a song or sound my soul craves for at that particular moment. They’re countless. And really digging into this music is my favorite way of getting high and getting into a different consciousness or ecstasy. Let me share a little of my secret. In order to master this art, I mean the art of using music to reach some point of ecstasy or trance you have to really understand your mind and soul. You have to be able to listen well and recognize the music or sound or song your soul craves for. I mean the exact music.

Thanks for the awesome thoughts @sauravrungta and to @bashadow for sending me in your direction :) I am a big music fan and can definitely attest to it's power! For me, singing along to one of my favourite uplifting songs in the car can completely change my mood and give me a drug-like endorphin rush!!

Hello dear @sauravrungta, I agree with you the music Influences humor, cognitive abilities, creativity and even, sometimes, diseases. Undoubtedly, music is good for the mind and for the body. There are many studies that show what I say. It can also transport us to the past. Music is the best company makes us happy, it saddens us, it activates us, it makes us dance, it excites us, it is a mixture of feelings that provoke musical notes when they reach our ears.
