Eat your way to health
The COVID pandemic is not over but all the more intense in our country. There are a few things you can do to remain safe because it is very important you have to not only for your sake but for others living with you and around you.

## How to eat your way to health?

A few steps can go a long way and I will list them so that it is easier to read and follow if you like.

* Drink water and hydrate - you can choose to drink warm water or room temperature water but avoid cold water
* Eat your greens - try to consume more vegetables because it will ensure you get your minerals and vitamins
* Fruits that boost Vitamin C is essential so that you build your immunity as well
* Avoid spicy snacks and fried bakery bought packaged chips and so on because it can cause health problems and you don't want to visit the clinic unnecessarily
* Space your meals and avoid snacking in between 
* Get up early and sleep early - sounds preachy but it helps if you have proper rest
* Give up on heavy meats and fat 
* Make sure you buy groceries from a vendor who is known to store hygienically 
* Eat after you bathe, not before - an advice grom grandmas 
* Try to include a sweet dish in your diet once a week that is made using ghee and gur something like a  coconut laddoo


Above all, try to remain positive and happy. Listen to uplifting music and watch movies that make you happy.

welcome. I am sure these may seem like silly tips or something I wrote within a few minutes but in reality, if we follow these religiously, it will do a lot of good for the health in the long run and also prevent many more lifestyle diseases that we all now take for granted.
