生地猪骨汤

生地在不同的地方有着不同的名称，它又名红菜头和甜菜根。生地的味道十分甘甜，可以帮助增強食欲，而且营养也很丰富，含多种维生素及其营养素，营养成分包含维生素C、粗蛋白、可溶性糖、烟酸、钾、钠、磷、镁、铁、钙，锌、锰、铜、粗脂肪、膳食纤维、等。

许多研究发现食用红生地可以减慢癌细胞的生長速度和抗癌的功效。它还可以减慢老人痴呆症或脑退化症的惡化，它也有助于降血压。它的硝酸盐含量远比其他蔬菜多廿倍呢！其它功效还包括润肠、保肝等。

研究发现生地的营养很丰富，其中含有水溶性膳食纤维，可促进肠胃蠕动和帮助消化，调整肠道功能。因此，他帮助人体吸收矿物质，以达到均衡营养。除此之外，它因为含有天然红色维生素B12及铁质，所以也有补血的功效。

猪骨性温味甘，有丰机体、泽皮肤、补脾气、养血健骨、润肠胃、生津液、补中益气的功效。儿童喝骨头汤，能补充骨胶原物质，增强骨髓造血功能，有助于骨骼的生长发育，成人喝了则可延年益寿，缓慢衰老。

枸杞性平味甘，能滋补肺肾、养睛明目。它还能补血，血虚、體質虛弱、抵抗力差的人应多用枸杞煲汤喝。

红枣性温味甘可以帮助健脾益胃和养血宁神。多吃红枣可以增加食欲并有止泻的功效。红枣是悠久以来许多家庭的补养佳品，它滋润气血并提升身体的元气和免疫力。红枣常被大家用在煮汤和糖水中，吃了可帮助养血安神，舒肝解郁。而蜜枣就是红枣加工后的成品。

今天我要介绍的是生地汤食谱。这个保健汤加上养血健骨的猪骨、养血宁生的红枣和明目养睛的枸杞一起熬煮，是一道富含各种人体所需营养的保健汤食谱。喜欢喝保健汤的朋友就赶快来尝试吧！

<h1>生地猪骨汤</h1>

<h2>材料</h2>
_生地250克
猪骨 270克
水 1.6毫升
枸杞 25克
红枣 10粒
蜜枣 2粒
盐 少许_

<h2>准备</h2>
1. 将猪骨剁小洗净在放入碗中。把沸水倒满整个碗，至水位超过面为止。猪骨浸泡在沸水中十五分钟左右就可以把水倒掉备用。

2. 用削皮刀将生地皮削掉洗净。然后在砧板上将生地切成小薄片备用。

3. 将红枣洗净，在砧板上把红枣切开去掉种子备用。

4. 将蜜枣洗净备用。

5. 将枸杞浸泡在一晚水中五分钟左右，然后把水倒掉。

<h2>煮法</h2>
1. 将水倒入汤锅中，用大火将祸中的水煮沸。

2. 当水煮沸后，就可将猪骨、生地、红枣、蜜枣和枸杞倒入汤锅中，等水再次煮沸了，就转小火继续煮。

3. 待汤熬煮了半小时左右，打开过盖，然后用勺子或汤匙将锅里的蜜枣压扁，让它能够出味些。然后盖上锅盖继续煮。

4. 蒸锅汤大概需要熬煮1至一个半小时左右。熬越久汤越够味。

5. 等汤熬好后，打开锅盖试味。可依个人口味加入少许盐调味。

6. 调好味后，就可将汤取出碗中，摆上桌慢慢享用。
