**Grandmaster Rathe: A Shieldbearer's Symphony**
In the tumultuous arena of triple rulesets, Grandmaster Rathe emerges as the maestro, orchestrating a lifeful ensemble designed to withstand the fiercest of assaults. With the ability to bestow one extra shield and void to the entire team, Rathe's presence becomes the linchpin of this strategic masterpiece. Grandmaster Rathe is a legendary life summoner particularly useful in this ruleset as it provides one extra shield and void to the entire team which is an important part of my strategy here. Shield is important as with void armor it protects from any kind of attack: melee, ranged and even magic. I also like to play life team in the flying ruleset as I don't have a dragon summoner that gives flight ability to the whole team and life team is full of great flying monsters.

<p><strong><em>1st Slot - Tank</em></strong><br></p>

Uriel the Purifier is another legendary member of the Chaos Legion core set. The main weakness that Uriel has is his susceptibility to magic attacks, however with a Grandmaster Rathe that vulnerability is no more thanks to the void armor. Uriel is a great tank, for eleven mana he has base stats of four melee damage, three speed six shield and twelve health. These are great stats for a tank by themselves, but Uriel also comes with very important flying ability in this ruleset as well as self heal, recharge and redemption. The main purpose of a tank is to take heavy damage, in this case I am using a taunt as a part of my strategy so Uriel only needs to withstand the damage from an enemy tank and possibly a monster in the second position with a reach ability. Additionally as a part of my strategy for Target Practice ruleset I am using a taunt monster with a martyr ability so every time the taunt monster dies it would buff all the stats for Uriel and for Gargoya Devil that is in the third position. I am hoping for two buffs as I am using Adelade Brightwing in the fourth position to resurrect the taunt monster.

Iziar is a new soulbound reward card that is really useful in the target practice ruleset and many other occasions. Iziar at level three comes with two magic damage, three speed and a substantial fourteen health. The main reason I am using Iziar in this ruleset is due to his taunt and martyr abilities. Void ability is also helpful to reduce magic attack damage.

<p><strong><em>3rd Slot - Flying Damage Dealer Monster</em></strong><br></p>

Gargoya Devil is great for this ruleset due to the flying ability as well as good speed of three and substantial ranged damage of four as well as the close range ability.

Adelade Brightwing is a legendary Chaos Legion Core set monster in this strategy her main role is to resurrect or martyr monster as well as repair armor provided by Grandmaster Rathe. She has two magic damage speed of one and health of five with flying, repair, resurrect, immunity as well as Swiftness abilities all in all a great support monster.

Pelacor Arbalest is one of the main damage dealers in this play. Her role is to deal three ranged damage twice every turn this could add up to a very substantial six damage that bypasses forcefield ability. She also has a flying ability which is very important in this ruleset.

<p><strong><em>6th Slot - Flying Armor Shattering Monster</em></strong><br></p>

War Pegasus is another new soulbound reward card. I don't have it leveled up to the max of eight but even at level six it comes with an impressive speed of five, three ranged damage and nine health. It also has two very important abilities: flying and Shatter which is intended to trike first and the tank and take away it's armor.

## THE BATTLE
Here we are facing a higher rated opponent from the Champions League. We are still at a Diamond level, but doesn't matter, let's see how this works out. They chose to go with Immortalis and a taunt tank in the back.
<br><br>
In the first round our ranged damage dealers were able to dispose of their taunt tank and our taunt tank is about to die at the start of third round.
<br><br>
Second round was an exchange of big blows with Uriel taking out their front tank and the rest of the team managed to dispose of their Gargoya Devil and Supply Runner. So in just one round we disposed of most of their team this looks like a clear victory that will not go the distance.
<br><br>
And as predicted at the start of third round we finished them off before the opposing team was able to fire a shot!
