# Introduction

As the school was a place for students to enhance their proficiency by studying and digging every educational cases, this is obviously became our responsibility as their teacher to help them in gaining their dream and success. We know, beside the classroom activity students can also learn everything within the school environment by **interacted, communicated, and discussed** with their classmates or their senior in certain subject learning.

What a great moment by this case is when you also take a part within their daily orientation beside the classroom activity, by your involved, students will also learn more and more things outside the classroom, such as their potentials that directed them to find their skill toward something and gained the perfect **abilitity specifications.**

In the line with this, the classroom activity was not the only thing that students can gain their proficiency, beside their potentials took an important part to enhanced their self-ability and find the specifications within, so then they will easily to mastered and be skilled as good as they well trained.

The outside activity learning was the solutions beside teaching learning processed took a part as the main activity, by doing severals phases we can **find and manage students potentials** more specifics and trained them to be skilled, so then we can called it as the ability owned by our students and the other ways, its also will be a good chance to the school in developing its **program and promoting** to the publics.

# Students Potentials Managemt

In finding and managing students potentials, we can do it by following several phases as mentioned below, this was the simple ways which mean you can do it by only managing your time and instructional materials.

## 1. Based Courses (Ability Courses)

By this activity, students will improve their potentials to gain more skilled within their ability. For instance, there are some student who have similar potential such as *art/painting*, *writing* or *musics*. Just put them into grouping, beside if you have lack of facilities you can do by gathering them in one class but still remain in the group/team separated, this is will improve their interaction amd develop their insight by communicate through their team mates.

Actually, courses was not the new style of teaching learning activity, but in this case what student learn and taught by their teacher is different, which means the lesson plan is based on the group topic theme related to their ability (Potential Matters).

This lesson plan designed as simple as easy to develop their potential, such as giving them one topic about the music case (Songs/Chord/Lyrics & etc.) Or essay topic to enhance their writing & reading within group working.

## 2. Practise

What student learn when they following the courses will integrated in this phase, yes! *Practise make perfect* thats why the grouping system was important aspects to make them more capable and responsible one to another.

Practise can be done outside the classroom or teaching learning activity, such as when the school time finished and the work can be done in school environment, just choose the best one to make them more enthusiast.


## 3. Task (Team/Group)

Giving the task to the team working is the best idea beside giving to the individual work, cause in this phase they will share their idea, opinion with their team mates.

By giving the task to the team working session, you will see the most active student within the group, by that achievement you can listed the students as the laeader of the team who have great responsible to the rest of members in developing or telling his members thing contained with potential cases.

The task could be home working or test performance which is done by the team works. Based on the earlier topic while you give them during courses session the lesson plan will stick to the first concentration that is enhance their potentials to gain more skilled based on their abilities.


# Conclusion

Finally, these phases was a part of activities to empower and enhance students potentials more skilled based on their abilities. This case will be important part when the school have their authenticate assets (students). The most important one while there are school competition, school promotion and etc. in the other words our school were prepared well and structured by organizing students abilities more specifics.

Meanwhile, you can do a lot more phases or developed by your self profiency. Cause, what we want is having students which their potential developed well and gain more skilled based on their abilities within following the courses, practise and teamwork.
