Holy shit what a productive day yesterday!  The amazing part is that I didn't even realize I had done all this work.  I actually felt like I was being lazy because of the way I spaced everything out and chilled out in between.

I always feel like these kinds of posts are just self congratulatory and don't really bring much value to others, but then again, if I can push you to get to work on the things you are passionate about, then I why not share?

### This is what my day looked like:
- Taught 2 classes in the morning
Saturday is not the busiest day, I finish at 1 PM which leaves me all day to work on creative projects or play.  I still have a lot I wanna work on though.

- promoted book and newest podcast clips on social media
As I mentioned a few times already, my third book, Confessions of the Damaged 1.3 came out this week, and so I went around social media and shared it along with a clip from Untangled Knots Podcast which is now on Spotify.  I share the same stuff on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.  At this point it's all I do there :-P  

- made two new clips
I've found that one of the best ways to promote this podcast to new people is through 2-5 minute clips so I made 2 more for the coming week.  It's a little tedious and I'm sure it'd work better with a video instead of just a still image, but it is what it is.  Put up on Twit, FB, Inst, YT and Leo Threads. 

- edited next two episodes 
I still have 4 or 5 old episodes (and 4 new episodes) to edit and put up on audio platforms, so I got two out of the way.  Each 1 hour episode takes about two hours to edit.

- introduced three people to hive and my work 
I've been doing some light language exchange, trying to learn some Indonesian, and I ended up making a few language partners.  All of them were interested in my work and two seem interested in Hive, so I shared the gospel :-P

- studied a tiny bit of Indonesian
Tried to use that time to learn a few phrases, just studying some simple verbs and adjectives in simple sentences now.  Ibu saya gemuk!

- hive post 
I have a lot of behind the scenes stuff I want to share about what inspired my books and so I wrote a post about all that.

-talked to two potential guests (my student)
I have about 7 new guests on my list, including a plus sized model, my Japanese student, a Kenyan youtuber, a video game character, two backpacker artists, and an and military vet living overseas.  Will also have some (if not all) of the old guests back again for more. 


Somehow the day wasn't ultra satisfying though because for me, the exciting part is MAKING STUFF.  But this is all stuff I had to get out of the way so I'm glad I did.  

Today I did absolutely nothing, I felt like I needed it.

This week I have a bunch of class, but I plan to record 2 new episodes, finish editing the 2 old ones I haven't edited yet, put up some ads for my classes so my IRL grind is smooth the rest of the year, and maybe be a little social after all that.
