I collect several Bottle Gourd Spinach from the garden and make a recipe of my choice with them. Although I try to make tasty recipes with vegetables from my garden whenever I get a chance.

# What I used to make the recipe-
- 500 grams Bottle Gourd Spinach
- 2 onions
- 1 Garlic
- 20 grams of green chili
- 3 Dry chili
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 4 Teaspoons of oil.

First, I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil then I put dry chilies, garlic slices in the hot oil.

Then I mixed onion slices with it and fried it lightly. Always fry lightly when making Vhaji.

Then I sliced the green chili and cooked it like this for some time. I have mixed all the ingredients.

Then put the cleaned bottle gourd spinach on top and add a teaspoon of salt. Mix Bottle Gourd Spinach with all the ingredients.

Cover the Bottle Gourd Spinach with a lid for some time. Remove the lid and check whether it is cooked and take it down for serving.
