Social norms are not always in our Favor


Friends, Happy Friday everyone.

Today was also a good day for me, although my office was closed today but still had to go out to do some work. Honestly during the holidays we have a lot of work to do and sometimes we have to be out for the whole day. Had to go to Dhaka for some work today and it was late afternoon to return home.

Still the day was good for me, as the weather today was good, the scenery around was great and the roads were traffic free. It sometimes gives us a lot of relief, because unexpected situations never create good feelings but waste our time as well as our psyche. As today's sentiments are beautiful.

But the coming days may not go so well, because unexpected situations may arise around the national elections, such a fear is quite effective among our common people, at this moment. However, now that we are in the month of victory, we can hope that unexpected situations will not arise and the quality of life will remain normal.

One of the reasons for going to Dhaka on a holiday today was to participate in a family event. But today I am not sharing his photography, I hope to share details about it in another post.

Today I will share a slightly different feeling and that is about our social norms. Usually when we go to attend any family function, we try to bring various gifts with us, but I don't like it at all. Because if you want to give a gift, you should give it in some other way, I cannot accept that you have to give a gift because you are participating in the event.

Because I have noticed that many people don't like the financial situation, many relatives don't participate in the event even after being invited because they have to give gifts, this is really unexpected and causes a rift in our social bonds.

See whenever I am invited by a relative of ours for a family function, I have to buy gifts considering his status, but my status and ability may not always afford it, that is not considered. So I cannot support this custom. Maybe your opinion may be different, but I just expressed my opinion.
