Friends, Happy Friday everyone.

Today is a great day for me, because today I am at home and do not have to go to the office because of the weekend. In fact, I try to enjoy the holidays to the fullest. Especially spending more time in my garden and with vegetables means I get a great opportunity to enjoy the green environment.

Today I will share a great recipe with you on this holiday, to be honest I always try to share something different and tasty with you, because something with taste means that everyone's level of attraction towards the recipes is a bit higher. I myself sometimes try to look up the recipes and learn to cook them myself. Honestly, seeing different recipes makes me more interested. Hope you will like today's simple and tasty recipe.

# Recipe Ingredients-
- Wax gourd 500 grams
- 2 onions
- 4 raw chilies
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Mochi powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Oil 4 teaspoons

First, I cut the wax gourd into round shapes and then smeared it with light turmeric, chilli and salt.

Then I put a pan on the stove, poured oil and heated it and fried the wax gourds with spices.

After that, I took down the wax gourds when lightly fried, then added onion, raw chillies and ginger garlic paste.

Then I cooked it for some more time with salt and took it out.

Then I add the fried wax gourds and mix it with the spices. After cooking for some time, I took it down.

Ready to serve our recipe, it's very simple and a different kind of recipe, many people cook it with a little broth but I like to eat it a little dry like this.
