## Featuring Bronze League Card Caps, Played in Silver 1
Back at it with another amazing battle to share. I'm focusing on sharing battles with bronze League cap cards that means nothing higher than 1102 summoner or which gives you the ability to call a level 3 common , level 2 rare, level 2 epic, and level one legendary. I think these posts should help those who are just starting off in their splinterland journey or those like me who are slowly building their collection back up.
## Weekly Feature - Feasting Seaweed
This week I am featuring an oldie but a goodie, feasting seaweed. Feasting seaweed comes from the untamed addition card set that is out of print but still very much in play in the modern format. It has some great cards that are only getting more powerful as new abilities for seminars are released.

**Reasons Why I like it**
Feasting seaweed was an immediate hit when it first came out because it was one of the first cards that had opportunity. This means that targets the opposing monster with the lowest health and attacks it. Opportunity can be great to attack those powerful but low health cards in the middle of a lineup that are otherwise protected, and especially if you can manage to get two or three opportunity cards in a lineup you can really do some damage.
The only negative to feasting seaweed that I noticed when building a lineup is it's relatively low health at only 3, and it's excruciatingly slow speed of one. This can sometimes lead to missing your opponent more frequently than you would wish.

## Initial Rule Set and Mana Gameplay Thoughts
I am really starting to dig into these multiple rule set matches. While this is only a two rule set match and not a newfangled three rule set match I think it's still really makes you think about the best approach. Having unlimited trample, as well as melee monsters attacking from any position really lets you build some dynamic lineups.
- **Summoner POSSIBILUS THE WISE**
I'll be completely honest, I force this card every chance I get when I see unlimited trample. I can't get away from trampoline all the time and I just love to see a card knockout multiple cars in a single turn.
- **First Position CRUEL SETHROPOD**
I put this in first position because it's a very effective low man of first card. I know it won't last forever but for three mana it provides a nice balance of health and armor.
- **Second Position DIEMONSHARK**
I absolutely love demon shark, it's high speed plus armor Plus health and a decent melee attack too means it should be dealing out a lot of damage from the second position with the reach granted by the summoner. I'm hoping it can contribute to some knockouts
- **Third Position DEMENTED SHARK**
Demented shark is must, I just assume I need to boost my melee attacks to offset the incoming demoralize that they shall probably play. Not to mention it's got decent stat lines for attacking and health as well
- **Fourth Position DISINTEGRATOR**
Since I expect them to negate my melee attacks, I might as well go ahead and assume they're going to play melee cards that need to be demoralized as well.
- **Fifth Position FEASTING SEAWEED**
A great card to play here, since it has opportunity, should get boosted melee attack, and it's relatively well protected unless from other opportunity cards it should look pretty good here
- **Sixth Position TORRENT FIEND**
I love this place for two reasons, it can absorb a sneak attack if one comes, as well as providing the first card that will be attacked for an opportunity. This allows my feasting seaweed to live another round and hopefully deal out some damage.

### Opponent Lineup & Match Play
- Summoner Thaddius Brood not too surprising as death has some great melee options.
- Harklaw classic tank with shield and armor meaning it shall cut the melee damage in half and will be around for a long time.
- Disntegrator classic play on both anticipated this and it will put my cards back to the original stats.
- Venari Bonesmith this is an odd choice here, I'm not sure what the purpose was giving its very low health and low damage.
- Soul Strangler another oddity of a choice for me, not sure why so much mana is going unused.
- Life Sapper it looks like they went with a double life bleach approach hoping to build up their health before they lose their tank
- Riftwing this card can be extremely difficult to hit giving its speed and flying, plus it's scavenger means that any damage it does take will be offset in later routes by other car to dine.
Overall I feel pretty confident in my lineup, but if they had chosen a few other cards I think I could be in much more trouble. Personally I think they would have been better off choosing a card like silent Sha-vi and cursed Windeku.
### Round 1

Round one really starts off with a bang for me. While it initially appears very non-eventful things turn interesting for me. Clearly many of my attacks against heart law will not do much damage as it has both Shield and armor to deflect my blows. It isn't until one of my last attacks were Feasting Seaweed attacks soul strangler and knocks it out, this triggers the trample ability which was added by Possibilus and it attacks life sapper, also knocking it out. This triggers yet another trample attack on Riftwing, but the speed and flying abilities are too much to overcome and it misses.
### Round 2

As you can tell the only real damage done in round one was from Feasting Seaweed getting the double knockout. As round two starts it's much of the same as round one where my attacks are barely chipping away against Harklaw and this time unfortunately Feasting Seaweed misses Bonesmith, setting me further behind.
### Round 3

Brown three starts off with things looking pretty good for me, as I've slowly chipped away at Harklaw, the majority of my monsters still have full health and armor. I'm thinking that double knockout in round 1 has really helped me. Feasting seaweed is a beast yet again in this round. It actually knocks out Harklaw and gets to trample and attack Disintegrator.
### Round 4

Round four starts off and things are in the bag. There is still a lot to be played but everything is on my side and it's just a matter of time. This round Feasting Seaweed gets another knockout, this time on Disntegrator and it tramples towards Bonesmith but it misses yet again due to the speed difference.
### Round 5

Around five starts off and the theme continues with my domination, led by Feasting Seaweed in its consumption of the other team. This round plays out but it's actually Demented Shark that gets a knockout and a trample, but my misses against rift Wing continue to pile up and forces me to finish it up around
### Round 6

I didn't count my number of misses, but I will say that rift Wing was a really difficult to hit, and if it had been placed in a different spot in the lineup it could have caused an even longer match.
### Thoughts - and Chances to Win Again
I always like to see 100% chances to win, that just gives me a really nice validation of my strategy and card choice. I really think things would be different if they had picked a couple of different melee cards with higher attacks, speed and possibly thorns to push back against my approach.
Either way I think my approach was very effective and I intend to use the combination of opportunity and trample again since it is worked out so well for me.
If you don't have Feasting Seaweed I recommend you go rent it and give it a shot. You will find your self putting in the line up quite a bit, especially when paired with Deep Lurker as a double oppertunity attack!
