Moreover, art forms a special form of social consciousness through which we can perceive the world of the past, as it really was. Many experts say that without art our world would be very boring and uninteresting. Therefore, his mission on earth is extremely important and significant.*

*Oddly enough, but the popularity of art is not lost through the years. On the contrary, the modern man has a unique opportunity to touch the history by means of various art objects.*

# Problems

Despite all its pleasant moments, the world of art is now experiencing a number of problems and they are associated in most cases with the preservation of the originals. Every year, tens of thousands of investors suffer at the hands of fraudsters and buy fakes of well-known originals, thus financing the shadow business of selling fake art objects.

Moreover, the problem with the original products is not the only one, as the art world is experiencing a number of shortcomings that ultimately affect the entire industry. Any trifle clings to another and all these circumstances among themselves already form the whole snowball in which it is already difficult to understand who is right and who is guilty?! 

**And all because of the fact that:**

* *there is no well-coordinated system of documentation, through which it would be possible to store, transfer and study all the necessary documents relating directly to each object of art;*
* *in addition, there are no reliable and affordable authentication systems for a particular product. As practice shows, this is too cumbersome and expensive equipment systems, with the help of which this kind of examination is carried out;*
* *it is also difficult to avoid all possible risks of damage during transportation. Moreover, when they actually occur, it is difficult to find the person responsible for the act, since there are no relevant documents on the responsibility of the Executive parties;*
* *in addition, various types of art have no vital statistics that could symbolize the previous restoration activities, their history and the current state of the product itself;*
* *moreover, artists are often faced with the limitation of their rights to their intellectual property, with the result that they are deprived of their rightful royalties for the resale of their works.*

These and a number of other problems are inherent in the modern art industry. To solve all these shortcomings seeks a group of activists who were able to find a competent way out of the situation.

After the first two actions have been committed, the data obtained by means of a smart contract fall into the cloud storage created on the blockchain.

Meanwhile, the data obtained are supported by your birth certificates and other personal documents, which form a DNA scan. All this is assigned to each subsequent object of art. The *ARTCOIN* role is to support, deep analysis and scan your obtained image, as well as verifying its authenticity.

All this is done thanks to special methods that previously required too much time, effort and money. Now it can be done much easier, and most importantly faster and safer, excluding any human factor and the possibility of error. As soon as the object confirms its original status, an additional passport of the object is created, where all the important components about the time, place of registration, the current user and other important points that form the passport of the art object are registered. In addition, this document is supported by a number of supporting protocols which record information about the origin of the object, the data of its owner and the final insurance Protocol protecting the subject from a copy.

# The details of the ICO

The coin itself is developed on the basis of the Ethereum blockchain (ERC20) and has the name – *ARS.* This token is a utility token, which symbolizes that part of the coins will be disposed of from time to time or burn at the request of the developers. All this will happen only in order to increase the benefit and value of the coin itself.

The number of coins will be limited to 30 billion pieces. The initial cost of which will be equal to $0.01 for 1 ARS. In total, the founders of the development of their project intend to collect Hard Cap in the amount of 100 million us dollars. Which I think is very ambitious. But according to the team of founders, this is nothing compared to the global turnover of the art market, which for a moment is 64 billion US dollars and it is only for 2017.
