# Problem

In Russia every year counterfeited five million driver licenses and over one million insurance policies. In the US, 5% of residents live on fake passports, and a third of high school students regularly buy tobacco and alcohol products on fake documents. In Australia, 8% of the population are migrants who work with forged documents. At the same time in the world the share of convictions on charges of forgery of documents is below 10%. All this is a small visible tip of a huge iceberg of social invisible problems of mankind.

**In the world there are a lot of problems associated with fake information. They are found in almost every sphere of human activity. Here are just a few specific examples:**

* *monopoly on information management. From corporate to government. Any information can be replaced without a trace, history can be rewritten, cases fabricated. Under these conditions, no one is technically protected from systemic arbitrariness. Any honest man can be destroyed in front of everyone at the whim of inadequate and mentally unbalanced people, in whose hands is the power. Most have to be afraid, silent, pretend not to notice or serve the dark forces. And the fighters for justice pay a great price for the truth;*
* *injustice of work. Today, the only way to verify the authenticity of the diploma is an official request to the UNIVERSITY that issued the document. These requests are almost never made. Therefore, some of the staff of many organizations work on fake diplomas. This illustrates how some people live and work honestly, and some achieve their goals fraudulently, at the expense of others;*
* *counterfeit goods. Even very expensive. For example, China produces 40 million watches, which are then sold under the fake brand ROLEX. This brand is damaged by 600 million dollars annually. This is an example of how some parasites on others;*
* *document dependency. If the documents, for example, are burned in a fire, the person may be without housing and livelihood. There are many such examples – people simply do not have enough strength to restore the rights to their property, achievements, rights to social security, pension, citizenship.*

* *the third layer is the API, it gives ENDO the ability to integrate into other systems, such as the infrastructure of a public institution;*
* *the fourth layer is the communication Protocol of the organoids of the entire ENDO system. This is an information standard of communication that provides autonomy of the system with respect to the outside world;*
