Based on this, we can say that social trade will soon completely occupy the niche of sales of goods and become trade of the future.*

*However, this industry has one important drawback – all power belongs to only a few brands: Amway, Avon and Mary-Kay. These companies operate on the principle of network marketing and use their own hierarchy, in which the superior employee receives more than the implementer performing most of the work. In addition, the brands do not allow their employees to engage in the sale of goods of other brands, which greatly restricts their mobility and reduces the level of income.*

# Project objective

The main goal of the Gemstra project is to increase the availability of social sales, fair distribution of income among all participants of the trading chain, providing opportunities for sellers to cooperate with several brands at the same time and creating the widest range of products for customers.

# Principle of operation

**Members of the Astra platform will be:**

* *tradespeople;*
* *brands;*
* *implementers;*
* *clientele.*

Merchants act as intermediaries between distributors and brands, charging for the services provided. They can charge vendors and brands for participation, as well as for advertising and providing information about the level of demand for a particular product through social surveys.

Brands offer their own models of goods for sale, determine their availability, offer bonus programs for distributors, and can independently perform such functions as "sale of goods", "return" and "review". If necessary, brands can enjoy advertisements of their goods from traders.

Distributors are engaged in the sale of goods of a brand to the end user. For implementation, they can use several brands at the same time.

Customers can choose and purchase products. In this case, the client can make a deal with absolutely any implementer. After payment of the goods, all funds from the sale will be distributed among the participants of the sale.
