**Despite the fact that medium and small businesses are the main "workhorses" of the modern economy, and their contribution is up to 60 percent of the GDP of some States, they can not keep up with the times and use modern technology. There are several reasons for this phenomenon:**

* *only 20 percent of institutional funding is allocated to support small and medium-sized businesses;*
* *lack of credit;*
* *unprofitable terms of loans;*
* *high tax payment requirements;*
* *long period of payment for services;*
* *large order.*

***In order to ensure the normal development of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as to give them the opportunity to keep pace with the times, a new platform for digitizing assets called IDA was created.***

# Project objective

The main objective of the project developers is to create a global market that can help individuals, small and medium-sized business owners, as well as investors to use the digitization of their own assets in order to improve the efficiency of financial operations and increase confidence by strengthening property rights and providing the ability to track resources.

# Principle of operation

The new platform called IDA will allow you to fully digitize almost all types of assets, including certificates, shares, company assets, as well as IoT data, including them in the Blockchain chain. All these services will give individuals and companies the opportunity to reduce the level of costs and the amount of time spent on operations. It is worth noting that digitized can be absolutely any real asset, and even equity participation.

When digitizing, small and medium-sized businesses will be able to transform their assets into MRT tokens, which will be used in the ecosystem as a secondary token. The peculiarity of this coin will be that it will be tied to the internal digital currency – IDA tokens. As new companies and customers are attracted to this platform, the number of MRT tokens will increase, hence the value of the IDA token will grow.

When digitizing assets into MRT tokens, intellectual property protection will be used. Within the ecosystem, MRT coins can be exchanged among themselves.  It should be borne in mind that the exchange of MRT is equivalent to the exchange of ownership of a tangible asset. For example, ownership of a piece of land that has been digitized can be transferred to another network participant or distributed among several platform participants.

# ICO dates and details

In total, the developers will release 10 billion IDA tokens, of which 1.2 billion coins will be sold within the ICO. In the first round, 260 million coins will be sold for a total of 6.1 million dollars.
