# Project objective

The main goal of ORET developers is to raise funds to start the process of gold mining and provide investors with a profit of 45 percent of the income of the gold mining company.

# Principle of operation

**The work of the gold mining company will be carried out simultaneously in two areas:**

* ***Area 1*** - *processing of excavated land and production of alluvial gold, which will begin immediately after the ICO;*
* ***Area 2*** - *development of the main gold mine, which will begin 3 months after the completion of the investment.*

The ORET project team, which has 8 years of experience in the field of gold mining, will acquire all the necessary equipment, build a processing plant and buy additional land for the amount collected from the investment.

***The size of the plot will depend on the amount collected:***

* ***$ 4 million*** – *a 32 hectare;*
* ***$ 6 million*** – *43 hectares.*

According to preliminary calculations, the net income of the company will be about $ 2.5 million per year, of which 45 percent will be evenly distributed among the holders of the platform's tokens. The process of profit distribution will take place after the sale of gold and the conversion of 45 percent of the funds received into the virtual currency Ethereum. # Dates and details of the ICO
