Today I present you 3 films of great importance for the history of cinema but in my opinion not as well known as they deserve.
A journey between different eras, in short.

# Citizen Kane (Orson Welles)

For many, it represents the best movie of all time. Almost a top 10 movie to most people. Certainly the best known black and white film in history. The sum total of Welles' cinematography, absolute genius. The story of Kane, an ambitious tycoon who ends up being the man he wanted to be but also the man he never wanted to be. Wonderful portrait of an inexorable rise that has also brought about an absolute human decline.

Absolute masterpiece by Brian De Palma.
Awesome performance by Al Pacino.
Sumptuous Gangster Movie.

# City of God (Fernando Mereiles)

Back in vogue after the success of Netflix's "Two Popes", there was a time when Mereiles was considered one of the directors to be considered for the future of cinema.
The Brazilian director had reached the general public thanks to this beautiful film, gangster movie / novel of formation. A wonderful film.
