Cryptocurrencies in general have seen explosive growth over 2017. Many of the exchanges have been down over extended periods of time. Kraken has fared rather well compared to some of the others in my opinion. With so few exchanges currently existing, there has been an overload of individuals using the exchanges. In about 6 hours, Kraken is going delist quite a few crypto pairs. Some of the more prominent ones include: > EOS/USD, EOS/EUR, and ETH/GBP. The more important information is that advanced order types are going to be suspended for the time being. This means that only market/limit orders can be created and filled. It appears this will only be temporarily and Kraken hopes to have the trading for these advanced order types available in the next 1-2 months. Will margin trading still be possible, I get dissabling the advanced orders, the market is booming, but margin trading is essential to me so I would be forced to change shop if it were to be disabled, thanks in advance :)
