Efectivamente, Typora es un excelente editor de Markdown. Lo estuve usando durante bastante tiempo, también tenía web en Jekyll y era perfecto. Anteriormente usaba uno llamado Haroopad, que tambien me gustaba y de hecho lo sigo teniendo instalado. Ahora utilizo Obsidian, un gestor de notas en el que también se puede escribir en Markdown y así lo tengo todo en uno. 

Creo que cuando un software realmente satisface nuestras necesidades y lo usamos continuamente bien merece el pago. Porque queremos que lo sigan desarrollando y no queremos que desaparezca. Hay que apoyar a los desarrolladores. 

Que desde la misma aplicación puedas publicar el post estaría muy bien. Ahorrarías tiempo.

Typora está interesante, también lo probé un tiempo para hacer mis notas para el doctorado. Pasé por otros como Haroopad, Remarkable y ReTex y cada uno tiene lo suyo. Actualmente, estoy utilizando Obsidian, porque manejo mucho mejor las notas y tiene bastantes plugins interesantes que te facilitan la vida.

Con respecto al pago, si el programa satisface tus necesidades, dale, cómpralo. Aparte, es un precio accesible.

Un programa interesante :) pero la respuesta a tu pregunta sería no, y no por nada malo... es que personalmente uso todo los códigos que necesito en un documento Word que tengo como  plantilla... en caso de que necesite cambiar el modelo o algo por el estilo solo lo hago en la misma plantilla. Creo que lo hago de esa forma ya que me gusta tener registro de todos los post que he realizado. Pero sería interesante saber cómo modificar todo esos códigos para una web. Por cierto, con respecto a las imágenes, casi siempre las subo directamente en peakd luego de tenerlas subidas es que las incorporo en el documento.
