Jade looked around him and noticed fallen soldiers, the whir sounds of coltish bullets was heard straying into thin air. Stuck in the mud, he Wade at short interval to pull himself out. Trepidation fell on him gazing at soldiers retreating from the battle field and running incessantly for their dear life. Whack by an arrow, a soldier fell dead right beside him, he yowl in pain and shame. "This was supposed to be soldiers, but war had made them feeble running in the face of battle as women", he steep from the hills hitting a gantry and rolling on trellis fallen with their flag. He yaw to his right and saw the flag of their enemies hanged high on a stare. He cursed almost giving up to the wee pain that struck his broken ankle. The cordite of a bullet spread over his face as it hit a tree truck beside him piecing into it. He gad around the tall trees following their wiggle path. His face now looked strained and weary. "He had never lost a battle nor has he retreated from one" he mumbled. "Am a soldiers dedicated to die in my duty post, what becomes of me if I had to run from a battle I will surely fight tomorrow" he reminded himself. Soldiers" he called out, "for how long will you keep running, we are soldiers, we are men trained and giving out to dead for humanity, stand and fight today or your sons and daughters will live in slavery" . The soldiers who were on their heel halt hearing his words, they turned back and trawling amid the crowd, gaze at Jade standing as a lone soldiers fighting the enemies with a surge of strength. Shame befell on them , they had failed as soldiers, immediately they returned into the battle field, this time with the will to die for their country and once again lift their flag up high. The corral of their enemies was broken whacking the head of their chariot hard sending them to the sand of the ground . Jade meandered his way into the crowd smashing anyone on the attack and pop up to the captain of their enemy. Jade threw a pouch severally ,all into the air as Morgan swerve hitting Jade on his jowl sending him to the ground. Jade arose and dashed at him, lifting him above the ground and hitting him on a status. Morgan rose up and picked a sword waving it in at attempt to reach to Jade. He held the sword and pierced it down Morgan's chest cracking his rib. Soon the lost flag was regain and freedom came at last.
