Filipino Beef steak is a dish cooked with soya sauce and lemon. This tangy and savoury dish has also varied ways to cook it. The main key is to marinate it for a few hours, and one of my favourite recipes that I always follow was adapted from my Grandfather, who is a passionate cook and made it as a living.  ## Ingredients  Beef, 1 kilo, thinly sliced Onion, cut in rings Potato, medium, wedged Soya sauce, 1/2 cup Water, 1/2 cup Lemon juice Bay leaves Garlic, crushed Ground black pepper ## Preparations - Marinate the beef by combining the soya sauce, lemon, garlic, bay leaves, ground black pepper. Let it marinate for a few hours or overnight.  - Preheat the pan and add oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for a few minutes.  - Cover with lid and Cook until half of the liquid evaporates. - Add the water, let it boil and simmer. - Add the potato wedges and cook until soft.  - Add the Onion rings and mix.  - Adjust the seasoning according to your preference. - Serve warm.
