It's not easy! I know it's often difficult to remain steadfast in our pursuit of improvement. It's days and nights of struggle and intense focus, trying to do more, learn more, evolve in something we realize isn't working. And so, no matter how many call us crazy or say we're wasting our time, we remain steadfast in the belief that this path is what we desire. All of this is very beautiful, but reality is often harsh and unforgiving of mistakes or failures. So, what can we do in these moments?

Simply, don't give up! We can't let our dreams perish at the first problems and difficulties that appear on our journey! It may seem simple, but I'm living a moment where I'm being rewarded for believing and trying to continually improve at Hive. There were days when I cried in the shower because I invested so much time in a post and it didn't turn out as well as I'd imagined. But today, I understand that it wasn't the right moment, the time, or the place, and that the urge to give up was always in my head, but I said no! I'm not going to stop now.

I believe that many people want to grow here, they want to gain value from their posts, meet new people, and gain more knowledge, and that will only happen if you don't give up. I'm happy to be able to offer advice. These days, I see many content creators who are where I was a while ago, and well, now I can somehow help them grow, strive to improve, and encourage them to post in the right place in the right way. I think that's really cool, because in my time, I also had many friends who helped me!

So, don't let difficulties stop you from growing, from continuing on your path! A piece of advice? Try not to just post. It's great to share something once a day, but we have so many options beyond that! Try to be friends with people, leave comments, interact with them—that's what helped me most on this path I'm on. Get out of the autopilot mode, participate in projects like @hive-echo and [HivePosh](https://peakd.com/c/hive-197333/snaps), show up on X, comment everywhere you can, truly engage, and you'll be rewarded! You have to keep believing. If it's something you want and desire, don't give up!

If today is bad, tomorrow can be much better! Believe and go for it!

Não é fácil! Sei que é complicado em muitos momentos a gente continuar firme buscando melhorar em algo, são dias e noites de luta e de muito foco, tentando fazer mais, aprender mais, evoluir em alguma questão que a gente percebe que não está bacana e assim, por mais que muitos nos chamem de loucos ou falem que estamos perdendo o nosso tempo, seguimos firmes acreditando que esse caminho é o que desejamos. Tudo isso é muito bonito, mas a realidade muitas vezes dura, não perdoa os erros ou fracassos, então, o que podemos fazer nesses momentos?

Simplesmente, não desista! Não podemos deixar o sonho perecer nos primeiros problemas e dificuldades que aparecerem em nossa jornada! Pode parecer simples, mas estou vivendo um momento em que estou sendo recompensado por acreditar e tentar melhorar cada vez mais na Hive e pensar que houve dias que cheguei a chorar no banho, por investir tanto tempo em uma postagem e ela não se saiu bem como eu havia imaginado, mas hoje, entendo que ainda não era o momento, a hora e lugar, mas que a vontade de desistir sempre esteve em minha cabeça, mas falei não! Não vou parar agora.

Acredito que muita gente quer crescer aqui dentro, quer pegar bons valores em seus posts, conhecer pessoas novas, ganhar mais conhecimento e isso só vai acontecer se você não desistir. Fico feliz em poder aconselhar as pessoas, hoje em dia vejo muitos criadores de conteúdos que estão no lugar onde eu estava há algum tempo e bem, agora posso de alguma forma ajudar eles a crescerem, a buscar melhorar, incentivá-los a postar no lugar certo da forma certa e eu acho isso super bacana, porque na minha vez, também houve muitos amigos que me ajudaram!

Por isso, não deixe que as dificuldades te impeçam de crescer, de continuar trilhando o caminho! Um conselho? Tente não ficar somente na postagem, é bem legal compartilhar algo uma vez por dia, mas temos tantas opções, além disso! Tente ser amigo das pessoas, deixar comentários, interagir com elas, isso foi o que mais me ajudou nesse caminho que estou trilhando.
