Dependence on cell phones and computers in the contemporary world is at absurd levels. Although I can still be without these things (although I don't seem), I can control myself more about stirring electronic devices. Of course going without much time is complicated, I see the phone as a security when I'm on the street or the like, because it is with him that I use GPS to go to places further or, in an emergency, need to contact someone, call police or firefighters, for example.

But I am the type who sees that it takes a balance in everything, but in everything and that excessive use of screens is not good for anyone. My life is a struggle with my children's wishes, because in their minds, still very innocent, the phone is all that has fun and I really try to stipulate schedules and everything, but controlling this new generation is complicated. It reminds me a lot that when we go out in a family, they are always with cell phones in hand, which pisses me off a little to tell the truth.

Sunday morning, we usually go out early to eat pastel and, when we sat on the table, there are my children and my wife stirring on my cell phone and I just eye. When they spend a few minutes, I simply say, "Do we leave home for you to move on mobile phones?" This really pisses me off because at home we barely talk, whether because of work, busy life, lack of time, so much to do in a short time, so, with that, I barely talk to my children or wife. Now, when we go somewhere, they do the same and stuck to cell phone? My God, how frustrating this becomes.

So I always try to talk and say that when we are doing something like this, the four of us, that we can really do, live that moment, because I value this a lot. Sunday has been my most off day, sometimes I get on my cell phone early and then I will only take a new look at night. I believe many here have noticed that Sunday day disappears from Hive and on occasion, even on Saturday, I already have. I started disappearing from the networks more often on weekends, to rest my mind of so much I see in them.

With that, I can say that I can stay away from the phone and my computer, I believe I have a good self -control over it. As I came from a time and generation that had no cell phone since birth, I still remember the moments of joy with friends, in the presence, in fun, there in the same place, leaving everything aside and only surrendering to the moment. It's like I talk to my children, I tell them to drop their cell phone and, with that, go to live, play, have fun with their friends, because in the future this will be missed.

Finally, I believe we have to really try to look for the balance between one thing and another, removing mobile phones from children or adult life is complicated, even for reasons of security, but we can talk and try to show that it takes a moment of dismissal, to enjoy what exists in reality, around you, with your friends and family. I think that, in this way, we can enjoy life in the most balanced way possible.

A dependência de celulares e computadores no mundo contemporâneo está em níveis absurdos. Apesar de que ainda consigo ficar sem essas coisas (apesar de não parecer), eu consigo me controlar mais no quesito de ficar mexendo com aparelhos eletrônicos. Claro que ficar sem muito tempo é complicado, vejo o celular como uma segurança quando estou na rua ou coisas do tipo, até porque é com ele que uso o GPS para ir para lugares mais longes ou, em uma emergência, precisar entrar em contato com alguém, ligar para a polícia ou bombeiros, por exemplo.

Mas sou do tipo que enxerga que é preciso um equilíbrio em tudo, mas em tudo mesmo e que o uso excessivo de telas não é bom para ninguém. Minha vida é uma luta com os desejos dos meus filhos, porque na cabeça deles, ainda muito inocentes, o celular é tudo que tem de divertido e eu realmente tento estipular horários e tudo mais, mas controlar essa nova geração é complicado. Isso me lembra muito que quando saímos em família, eles estão sempre com os celulares em mãos, o que me irrita um pouco para falar a verdade.

Domingo de manhã, costumamos sair cedo para comer pastel e, quando sentamos na mesa, lá estão meus filhos e a minha esposa mexendo no celular e eu somente de olho. Quando passam alguns minutos, eu simplesmente falo: “Saímos de casa para vocês mexerem nos celulares?” Isso realmente me irrita porque em casa mal conversamos, seja por conta do trabalho, vida corrida, falta de tempo, tanta coisa para fazer em pouco tempo, então, com isso, mal falo com meus filhos ou esposa. Agora, quando vamos para algum lugar, eles fazem o mesmo e ficam grudados em celular? Meu Deus, que frustrante que isso se torna.

Então, tento sempre conversar e dizer que, quando estamos fazendo algo assim, nós quatro, que a gente possa fazer de verdade, viver aquele momento, pois valorizo muito isso. Dia de domingo tem sido o meu dia mais off, às vezes mexo no celular cedo e depois só vou dar uma nova olhada já à noite. Acredito que muitos aqui já repararam que dia de domingo desapareço da Hive e em algumas ocasiões, até mesmo no sábado, eu já sumo. Comecei a desaparecer das redes com mais frequência nos finais de semana, para descansar a minha mente de tanta coisa que vejo nelas.

Com isso, posso dizer que consigo ficar longe do celular e do meu computador, acredito que tenho um bom autocontrole em relação a isso. Como vim de uma época e geração que não tinha celular desde o nascimento, ainda relembro muito os momentos de alegria com os amigos, na presença, na diversão, ali no lugar mesmo, deixando tudo de lado e somente se entregando para o momento. É como falo com meus filhos, falo para eles largarem o celular e, com isso, irem viver, brincar, se divertir com seus amigos, pois no futuro isso fará falta.

Por fim, acredito que temos que tentar realmente buscar o equilíbrio entre uma coisa e outra, retirar os celulares da vida das crianças ou dos adultos é algo complicado, até por questões de seguranças, mas, podemos conversar e tentar mostrar que é preciso um momento de desligamento, de aproveitar o que existe na realidade, ao seu redor, com seus amigos e familiares. Penso que, dessa forma, podemos aproveitar a vida da forma mais equilibrada possível.
