Today I would like to talk to you from the POB community about something I call ***“environmental theory”***. But what is this you ask me, well, it's something I think and imagine about the environment in which you live and live with people.
Think about it, you interact with people in ***“standard”*** places, such as your home, school, work, or some other place you go to in your everyday life. These ***“environments”*** we can say are part of your life (probably until the end of it), are the places where I put my theory into practice.
No one is happy or feeling positive all the time and very often these places have people you like and naturally you don't (no one is obligated to like them all, that's a fact), so taking it to the more spiritual side and maybe even fanciful, let's say that this environment has an ***“aura”*** and that's exactly the feeling I work with.
After this introduction, think and imagine the following: when a person has their negative aura, they transmit that aura to that environment, so if there is a 50% balance between the cosmos (the positive) and chaos (the negative), people can add their auras and fortify their side. So if there are many negative people, the environment becomes negative and whoever is in the cosmos feels pressured and suffocated by this negative aura.

My theory is quite simple: if a place is bad, making you miserable or leaving you with the feeling that everything is wrong, the more people follow the chaos, the more negative the place will become, the more unhappy people will become.
So what I do is be positive, be cheerful, talk and help people who are close with their problems or their daily activities, avoiding arguments and conflicts. Just as our aura is transferred to the environment, it can also be transferred to people.
This whole explanation may sound crazy, but I can tell you from experience that this theory, in practice, can work. My work environment was always difficult, with a lot of people stressed and overloaded and I was just one of the most negative people and full of chaos. I always saw everything as bad and colorless and there were days when I wasn't in the mood for anything and was in a bad mood and no patience for everything.
There came a time when I realized that I myself contributed to the place becoming like this, but over the years and with the pandemic wrecking people's minds and lives, I could see that the right path was not this one, but to spread positivity , patience and the cosmos! So I changed my way of acting and better understood the aura of the environment.

With that I helped my colleagues, I talked more calmly and didn't let the negative things influence me more than the positive ones. I testify to all of you that the workplace just got better by doing this.
So, ending my report and my theory, speaking in a very personal way, everything I've given you, I have no idea if there's a scientific study or something proven, but it's something I've lived and learned from all my experience.
This is part of a package of rules that I created for my life and as an individual, to have a good relationship with my peers, because in a world where things are so difficult, I believe that the more cosmos we can bring to a place, the better and the happier we can be.

Hoje gostaria de conversar com vocês da comunidade POB, sobre algo que chamo ***“teoria do ambiente”***. Mas o que é isso você me pergunta, bem, é algo que penso e imagino sobre o ambiente em que você vive e convive com as pessoas.
Pense o seguinte, você interage com as pessoas em locais ***“padrões”***, como sua casa, escola, trabalho, ou algum outro lugar que você costuma ir no cotidiano. Esses ***“ambientes”*** podemos dizer que fazem parte da sua vida (provavelmente até o fim dela), são os lugares aonde coloco em prática a minha teoria.
Ninguém é feliz ou se sente positivo o tempo todo e muito geralmente esses locais tem pessoas que você gosta e naturalmente que não gosta (ninguém é obrigado a gostar de todos, isso é fato), então, levando para o lado mais espiritual e talvez até fantasioso, digamos que este ambiente possui uma ***“aura”*** e é exatamente esse sentimento que eu trabalho.
Após essa introdução, pense e imagine o seguinte: quando uma pessoa está com sua aura negativa, ela transmite essa aura para esse ambiente, então se existe um equilibro de 50% entre o cosmos (o positivo) e o caos (o negativo), as pessoas podem somar suas auras e fortificar o respectivo lado. Então se existem muitas pessoas negativas, o ambiente se torna negativo e quem está em cosmos, se sente pressionado e sufocado por essa aura negativa.

A minha teoria é bem simples: se um lugar está ruim, te fazendo infeliz ou te deixando com o sentimento de que tudo está errado, quanto mais pessoas seguirem o caos, mais negativo o lugar ficará, mais infeliz as pessoas vão se tornar.
Então o que faço é ser positivo, ser alegre, conversar e ajudar as pessoas que estão próximas com seus problemas ou suas atividades diárias, evitando discussões e conflitos. Assim como nossa aura é transferida para o ambiente, também pode ser repassada para as pessoas.
Toda essa explicação pode parecer uma coisa maluca, mas posso dizer por experiência própria que essa teoria, na prática, pode funcionar. Meu ambiente de trabalho sempre foi difícil, com muitas pessoas estressadas e sobrecarregas e eu era justamente uma das pessoas mais negativas e cheia de caos. Sempre via tudo como ruim e sem cor e tinha dias que eu não tinha ânimo para nada e estava mal-humorado e sem paciência para tudo.
Chegou o momento em que percebi que eu mesmo contribuía para o lugar ficar assim, mas com o passar dos anos e com a pandemia arrebentando com a mente e a vida das pessoas, pude constatar que o caminho certo não era esse e sim propagar a positividade, a paciência e o cosmos! Então mudei minha forma de agir e compreendi melhor a aura do ambiente.

Com isso ajudei meus colegas, conversava com mais calma e não deixava as coisas negativas me influenciar mais que as positivas. Testemunho para todos vocês que o local de trabalho ficou muito melhor, simplesmente fazendo isso.
Então, finalizando meu relato e minha teoria, falando de forma bem pessoal, tudo o que passei para vocês, não faço ideia se tem um estudo científico ou algo comprovado, mas é algo que vivi e aprendi com toda a minha experiência.
Isso faz parte de um pacote de regras que criei para minha vida e como indivíduo, para ter uma boa convivência com meus semelhantes, pois em um mundo onde as coisas estão tão difíceis, acredito que quanto mais cosmos conseguirmos trazer para um lugar, melhor e mais felizes podemos ser.
