Who has never lost their minds when discussing ideas on a particular subject? Well, today was my turn and I would like to write a little about it, after all, I think of Hive as a form of blog too, where we can share our experiences, whether positive or negative.

It happened that at some point this morning, warm words were said to be mutually, matually from me and my colleague by profession. Ok, a sad, stressful and very bad moment, after all there is a boring mood after all that. Fingers pointed, high voice, heavy words thrown in the wind, the whole complete and horrifying show.

Man, what a bad feeling, what a strange thing, someone who is there all the time and you even have really cool moments and out of nowhere, starts a discussion and two people trying to go out like the right, and they are actually wrong for make a war, a simple questioning of ideas, what the best way to take in the development of a new function for the system.

Okay, not everything is flowers in this life, my three decades experience has already shown me that. As intense as the discussion, it was how we talk again on the same day, in the afternoon. I believe that in the end intelligence in recognizing their own mistakes spoke louder. A true proof of brain, mind, since as humans we make mistakes, but we can also run after and solve these same mistakes.

This is it, a full day, complicated and dragged, although apparently everything was resolved, I hope I do not go through this situation again.

Quem nunca perdeu a cabeça ao discutir ideias sobre um determinado assunto? Pois bem, hoje foi a minha vez e gostaria de escrever um pouco sobre isso, afinal, penso na hive como uma forma de blog também, onde podemos compartilhar nossas experiências, sendo elas positivas ou negativas.

Aconteceu que em determinado momento da manhã de hoje, calorosas palavras foram ditas mutuamente, partidas de mim e do meu colega de profissão. Ok, um momento triste, estressante e muito ruim, afinal fica um clima chato depois de tudo isso. Dedos apontados, voz elevada, palavras pesadas jogadas ao vento, todo o show completo e horripilante.

Cara, que sentimento ruim, que coisa estranha, alguém que está ali o tempo todo e você até tem momentos bem legais e do nada, começa uma discussão e duas pessoas tentando sair como as certas, sendo que, na verdade, ambas estão erradas por fazer virar uma guerra, um simples questionamento de ideias, sobre qual o melhor caminho a se tomar no desenvolvimento de uma nova função para o sistema.

Tudo bem, nem tudo são flores nessa vida, a minha experiência de três décadas já me mostrou isso. Tão intenso quanto a discussão, foi como voltamos a conversar no mesmo dia, na parte da tarde. Acredito que no fim das contas a inteligência em reconhecer os próprios erros falaram mais alto. Uma verdadeira prova de cérebro, de mente, já que como humanos, erramos, mas que também conseguimos correr atrás e resolver estes mesmos erros.

Por hoje é isso, um dia cheio, complicado e arrastado, apesar de que aparentemente tudo foi resolvido, espero não passar novamente por tal situação.
