[ENG/PT-BR] Taking risks is necessary to improve.

You have to take a little risk, put your fear aside and try to build something new. I realize that we fail to win or achieve many cool things simply because we are afraid of not being well received, or of failing with an idea that we think is good, but which was not well received.

Failure is something that is part of our life, maybe we even lose more than we gain in the course of our lives. For that reason, we have to try to look at the courage in trying and not necessarily only applaud when it works. Mistakes can happen, but if the person had the courage to pursue their dream or goal, I believe that this attitude is more beautiful than simply winning.

Now, on the part of what I've been doing, to give examples (I believe that personal examples are the best), I took the risk of posting in a new community and I was very well received, even though I found my posts very simple, I believe that your moderator liked what I shared and even mine gave good tips on the subject. At Leothreads, I've also been leaving some messages and people have been more community with me and I've been really happy with that.

Finally, taking risks is sometimes necessary to conquer new horizons, whether it's something personal, knowledge, skill or if you want to improve your returns on something financially, you need to get out of your comfort zone, innovate and look for new ideas. I believe that with calm and care and good planning, you can take risks to conquer something new and at the same time without going through many “dangers”, but remember that in the end, only those who really tried can succeed!

É preciso se arriscar um pouco, deixar o medo de lado e tentar construir algo novo. Percebo que deixamos de ganhar ou conquistar muitas coisas legais por simplesmente ter o medo de não ser bem recepcionado, ou em fracassar com alguma ideia que pensamos ser boa, mas que não foi bem recebida.

O fracasso é algo que faz parte da nossa vida, talvez até perdemos mais do que ganhamos no decorrer de nossas vidas. Por esse motivo, temos que tentar olhar a coragem em tentar e não necessariamente aplaudir apenas quando deu certo. O erro pode acontecer, mas se a pessoa teve a coragem de correr atrás de seu sonho ou objetivo, acredito que essa atitude é mais linda do que simplesmente vencer.

Agora, na parte do que tenho feito, para dar exemplos (acredito que exemplos pessoais são os melhores), arrisquei em postar em uma nova comunidade e fui muito bem recebido, mesmo achando minhas postagens bem simples, acredito que o seu moderador gostou do que compartilhei e até meu deu boas dicas sobre o assunto. Na Leothreads, também tenho deixando algumas mensagens e as pessoas tem se comunidade mais comigo e fiquei muito feliz com isso.

Finalizando, arriscar é necessário às vezes para conquistar novos horizontes, seja algo pessoal, um conhecimento, habilidade ou se você quer melhorar os seus retornos em algo financeiramente, é preciso sair do conforto, inovar e buscar novas ideias. Acredito que com calma e cuidado e um bom planejamento, você pode se arriscar para conquistar algo novo e ao mesmo sem passar muitos “perigos”, mas, lembre-se que no final, só consegue quem realmente tentou!
