That [Blockchain Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) is a well-designed place, which allows us to make money by generating quality content, I believe that almost everyone who uses it or You've heard of it, you know it, but, like practically everything that exists on our blue planet and in our lives, it cannot be considered perfect, there are some points for improvement that would be very interesting to apply to our posting and interaction routine.

Some defects have existed for a long time, others may appear over time and with new updates that are always released in the [Front Ends](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-front-end) that we have available, Who doesn't remember, for example, the [Leofinance](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-leofinance) website which was full of problems, but has now improved a lot? Over time, a lot of things improved with the change to inLeo, it just shows that although it sometimes takes time, many improvements come with time and feedback from [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) users are super important for this.

Now, if I could choose some points to improve today, I believe I would choose three, there are several, but I believe these are the ones that bother me the most today, in my daily use of the page options for posting and interacting that we have, I am very comprehensive and use Ecency, Peakd and inLeo. Each one has its own particularity and therefore, each one of them allows us to see the [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) blockchain from a different perspective.

#### ***End abuse and improper reward earning.***

This point is somewhat complicated and I consider it the most serious we have here. As the idea of [Hive ](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) is precisely freedom and transparency, we can follow practically everything the accounts do, so we can be a kind of spies or just curious and we can keep an eye on everything people do here. This idea of an open network is incredible and I think this should expand to every possible place, especially public bodies, where the target would be mainly politicians so that we can track every penny of where our tax money is being applied.

Therefore, my bet would be a way to apply [KYC (Know Your Customer)](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-know-your-customer-kyc), used by brokers such as Binance or general banking applications. I know very well that this goes against [Hive's](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) idea of freedom and this subject is delicate, but in my opinion it would be interesting to have a network clean social network, where each account represents only one real person, so no one would be earning undue rewards. Remembering that everything we earn comes from a single source, a shared source of rewards, so you, with your 30 alternative accounts, could be taking the earnings from someone who needs it more, a beginner, for example.

So, even though it's a complicated discussion to reach a common ground, I believe there should be some way of verifying who each of the people behind the accounts really is, to avoid the most diverse types of abuse. [Hive Learners](https://ecency.com/created/hive-153850) themselves have their own way of checking through Discord, where you introduce yourself, send your introduction post (if you have one), share a little about yourself, what it's like in reality, what you've already achieved, your tastes and also explains what your purpose is with [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive). I find this way of validating people very interesting, and after that, we still request to earn the badge to finally complete our verification, if we can say so.

#### ***Simpler and more explicit rules and definitions.***

Despite being a free place and theoretically you can post and talk about anything, [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) has some rules and suggestions of good manners that make the ecosystem has correct ways of acting. Of course, anything we do in life, if there are no rules, makes freedom become debauchery, a mess where one will want to take advantage of the other. So the general objective would be to earn more, do less, post weak content, plagiarize, use AI (Artificial intelligence) among other things.

So for anyone joining [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) today, how will that person know the ethics rules and definitions that can prevent you from being blacklisted? from Hivewatchers or receive Downvotes? People, like me, will come in thinking that just making a post or so will make a lot of money. They won't understand how rewarding the effort and desire to create something incredible is here. For this reason, my wish would be to have these simpler and more explicit rules of good coexistence, in some way, showing everyone who enters that there are some details to be followed.

In my opinion, it is unfair to have a new account, where we assume that it is someone new who is in [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) for the first time and not an account alternatively, receive negative votes or nasty comments, if you really are a new person who doesn't know anything about [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive), about plagiarism, copyright, adding fonts, post formatting, what you can and cannot do that will please the majority of the community. I believe that there is a lack of empathy and patience at certain times for people to understand how everything they have at their disposal here works, especially what is frowned upon and can cause problems for them.

#### ***Edit tags in draft post***

This change is pretty stupid, but, as I said, these are things that I experience and so far I haven't seen a [Front End](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-front-end) that we can change a tag already saved in a draft. We always have to delete and re-add the tag we want, so, as simple as it may seem, I think that tools and technology must always be aimed at facilitating and speeding up everything we do.

I believe that if it were possible to double-click on the tag and write what we want there, this would give authors incredible agility to modify their tags quickly and thus gain time to focus on other things, such as interaction and everything else. This is a need that I miss and I think it would be interesting if it were possible to apply this in some way.

These would be some of the improvements that I would really like to see happen at [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive), I think they would be good changes that we could apply to everyone, improving in a certain way forms communication, interaction and understanding, with more explicit rules and details, everyone could make the most of the best it has to offer from the beginning.

I believe that it is possible to have a fairer environment, with rewards distributed with more clarity and meritocracy, so we can notice from the beginning that the effort applied here is rewarding, that the way we treat each post, with focus, determination and will of sending a great message to the community, can make all the difference.

Que a [Blockchain Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) é um lugar bem elaborado, que nos permite ganhar dinheiro gerando conteúdo de qualidade, acredito que quase todos que a utilizam ou já ouviram falar, sabem disso, mas, como praticamente tudo que existe no nosso planeta azul e na nossa vida, ela não pode ser considerada perfeita, existindo alguns pontos de melhoria que seriam bem interessantes de serem aplicados na nossa rotina de postagens e interação.

Alguns defeitos existem a um bom tempo, outros podem ir surgindo com o tempo e com as novas atualizações que sempre saem nos [Front Ends](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-front-end) que temos disponíveis, quem não lembra, por exemplo, do site da [Leofinance](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-leofinance) que era cheio de problemas, mas que já melhorou bastante? Com o passar do tempo, muita coisa melhorou com o mudança para inLeo só mostra que apesar de às vezes demorar, muitas melhorias vem com o tempo e o feedback proveniente dos usuários da [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) são mega importantes para isso.

Agora, se pudesse escolher alguns pontos para melhorar hoje, acredito que escolheria três, existem vários, mas acredito que estes são os que mais me incomodam hoje, no uso cotidiano das opções de páginas para postar e interagir que temos, sou bem abrangente e utilizo a Ecency, Peakd e inLeo. Cada uma com a sua particularidade e sendo assim, cada uma delas nos permite ver a blockchain da [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) com uma perspectiva diferente.

#### ***Acabar com os abusos e o ganho indevido de recompensas.***

Esse ponto é algo complicado e o considero como o mais grave que temos aqui. Como a ideia da [Hive ](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) é justamente a liberdade e transparência, podemos acompanhar praticamente tudo o que as contas fazem, então podemos ser uma espécie de espiões ou apenas curiosos e podemos ficar de olho em tudo o que as pessoas fazem aqui. Essa ideia de rede aberta é incrível e acho que isso deveria se expandir para tudo que é lugar possível, principalmente para os órgãos públicos, onde o alvo seria principalmente os políticos para que pudéssemos acompanhar cada centavo de onde o dinheiro de nossos impostos estão sendo aplicados.

Sendo assim, a minha aposta seria uma forma de aplicar o [KYC (Know Your Customer)](https://ecency.com/post/@leoglossary/leoglossary-know-your-customer-kyc), utilizado por corretoras como a Binance ou aplicativos em geral de bancos. Sei muito bem que isso vai contra a ideia de liberdade da [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) e esse assunto é delicado, mas no meu ver seria interessante ter uma rede social limpa, onde cada conta representa unicamente uma pessoal real, sendo assim, ninguém estaria ganhando recompensas indevidas. Lembrando que tudo que ganhamos vem de uma única fonte, uma fonte de recompensas compartilhada, então você com suas 30 contas alternativas, pode estar retirando o ganho de alguém que precisa mais, um iniciante, por exemplo.

Então, por mais que seja uma discussão complicada de se chegar a um ponto em comum, acredito que deveria haver alguma forma de verificar quem realmente é cada uma das pessoas por trás das contas, para evitar os mais diversos tipos de abuso. A própria [Hive Learners](https://ecency.com/created/hive-153850) têm a sua forma de verificar pelo Discord, sendo que você se apresenta, manda o seu post de introdução (caso tenha), compartilha um pouco sobre você, como é na realidade, o que você já conquistou, seus gostos e assim como também explica qual o seu proposito com a [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive). Considero muito interessante essa forma de validar as pessoas, sendo após isso, ainda solicitamos o ganho do distintivo para finalmente completar a nossa verificação se assim podemos dizer.

#### ***Regras e definições mais simples e explícitas.***

Apesar de ser um lugar livre e teoricamente poder postar e falar sobre qualquer coisa, a [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) possui umas regras e sugestões de boas maneiras que fazem o ecossistema possuir maneiras corretas de agir. Claro que qualquer coisa que fazemos na vida, se não tiver regras, faz com que a liberdade se torne libertinagem, se torne uma bagunça onde um quererá tirar vantagem do outro. Então o objetivo geral seria ganhar mais, fazer de menos, postar conteúdos fracos, plagiar, utilizar IA (inteligência Artificial) dentre outras coisas.

Então para quem está entrando na [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) hoje, como essa pessoa irá saber das regras de ética e definições que podem evitar você cair em uma Blacklist do Hivewatchers ou receber Downvotes? A pessoa, assim como eu, entrará achando que é só fazer uma postagem mais ou menos e assim irá ganhar muito dinheiro, ela não irá entender o quanto o esforço e a vontade de criar algo incrível é recompensador aqui. Por esse motivo, meu desejo seria de haver essas regras de boa convivência mais simples e explicitas, de alguma forma, mostrar para todos que entrarem, que existem alguns detalhes para serem seguidos.

Na minha opinião, é injusta uma conta nova, no qual presumimos que seja alguém novo que está na [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) pela primeira vez e não uma conta alternativa, receber votos negativos ou comentários maldosos, se realmente é uma pessoa nova que não sabe nada da [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive), sobre plágios, direitos autorais, colocar fontes, formatação de post, o que pode ou não pode que agradará à maioria da comunidade. Acredito que falta um pouco de empatia e paciência em certos momentos para as pessoas possam entender como funciona tudo o que elas têm a disposição aqui, principalmente o que é mal visto e pode acarretar problemas para ela.

#### ***Editar tags no rascunho da postagem***

Essa alteração é bem besta, mas, como disse, são coisas que vivencio e até o momento não vi um [Front End](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-front-end) dos disponíveis em que possamos alterar uma tag já salva em um rascunho. Temos sempre que excluir e colocar novamente a tag que queremos, então, por mais simples que parece, penso que as ferramentas e a tecnologia têm que ser sempre voltadas para facilitar e agilizar tudo o que fazemos.

Acredito que se fosse possível realizar um clique duplo na tag e já escrever o que desejamos ali, isso daria uma agilidade incrível para os autores modificarem suas tags rapidamente e assim ganhar tempo para focar em outras coisas, como interação e tudo mais. Essa é uma necessidade que sinto falta e acho que seria interessante se fosse possível aplicar isso de alguma forma.

Essas seriam algumas das melhorias que gostaria muito de ver acontecer na [Hive](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive), penso que seriam boas mudanças que poderíamos aplicar para todos, melhorando de certa forma a comunicação, interação e o entendimento, com regras e detalhes mais explícitos, todos poderiam desde o começo aproveitar o melhor que ela têm para oferecer.

Acredito que é possível ter um ambiente mais justo, com as recompensas distribuídas com mais clareza e meritocracia, assim, podemos notar desde o inicio que o esforço aplicado, aqui é recompensador, que a forma como tratamos cada postagem, com foco, determinação e vontade de passar uma ótima mensagem para a comunidade, podem fazer toda a diferença.
