Which do you prefer? Wow, it's a tense question. Many people seek conquest, the looks of others through fear, brutality, and psychological pressure, but is that really the right thing to do? Are we really seeking respect through fear? Or would it be better if we all deserved to earn that respect? I believe it's important to do what's right and proper, to live as a good person, to help others if possible, not to steal, not to kill, not to spread evil through our words and actions. I've seen some things recently on social media (yes, I still use some outside of Hive) and it seems like people still seek to gain respect through fear and rude and selfish attitudes, and I wonder: what's the point? Why would you seek to gain something like this by playing dirty? With threats, with extremely negative actions, like destroying someone's reputation or attacking them physically? Is that all people can offer: fear, beatings, outbursts? I believe this isn't the path to anything; there are no shortcuts to becoming respectable; it takes time, and attitude is what truly counts. No matter what you want to do, do it the right way, understand the rules, and make it possible. But by being a good example, you'll chase it, you'll falter, you'll consider giving up, you'll see slow growth, and you'll often consider doing everything wrong to speed up the process. But that's the key to success. The biggest secret to all of this is truly taking things slowly. It's the journey that impresses, and the result will come in the end. But along the way, you'll meet new people, friends, and professional contacts—all of this will be incredible for your reputation. I prefer to be like this: pure respect, doing what's right. If I make a mistake, I apologize and try not to do it again. We need to improve and evolve, and as difficult as it may be, earning people's respect through effort, honesty, and struggle is the best we can do. In my opinion, this magnifies everything we are, and with hard work, we truly demonstrate that we want to change, achieve, or improve in some aspect of our lives. Caramba, é uma pergunta bem tensa, muitas pessoas buscam a conquista, os olhares das outras por meio do medo, da brutalidade, da pressão psicológica, mas é isso mesmo que é o certo? Será que o que buscamos é o respeito utilizando o medo? Ou seria melhor que todos merecêssemos conquistar esse respeito? Acredito ser preciso fazer o certo e o correto, viver como uma boa pessoa, auxiliar os outros se possível, não roubar, não matar, não propagar o mal em nossas palavras e atitudes. Tenho visto algumas coisas recentemente nas redes sociais (sim, ainda uso algumas fora da Hive) e parece que as pessoas ainda buscam ganhar o respeito por meio do medo e de atitudes grosseiras e egoístas e fico pensando: qual é a graça disso? Por que você busca ganhar algo assim, jogando sujo? Com ameaças, com ações super negativas, como destruir a reputação de uma pessoa ou partir para cima dela por meio de agressão física? É somente isso que as pessoas podem oferecer, medo, porrada, surtos? Acredito que esse não é o caminho para nada, não existem atalhos para se tornar respeitáveis, isso leva tempo e as atitudes são o que verdadeiramente conta. Não importa o que você queira fazer, faça do jeito certo, entenda as regras e faça com que isso seja possível de se realizar, mas sendo um bom exemplo, você vai correr atrás, você vai soar, vai pensar em desistir, vai ver o crescimento lento e vai pensar muitas vezes em fazer tudo errado para acelerar o processo, mas é aí que está a chave do sucesso, o maior segredo de tudo isso é realmente fazer as coisas devagar, a jornada é que impressiona e o resultado irá chegar no fim, mas durante o percurso você vai conhecer novas pessoas, amigos, contatos profissionais, tudo isso será incrível para a sua reputação. Prefiro ser assim, puro respeito, fazer o que é certo, se errei, peço desculpas e tento não fazer de novo, precisamos melhorar e evoluir e, por mais que seja difícil, ganhar o respeito das pessoas na base do esforço, honestidade e luta é o melhor que podemos fazer. Na minha opinião, isso engrandece tudo o que somos e com o trabalho duro, mostrando verdadeiramente que queremos mudar, conquistar ou melhorar em algum aspecto de nossa vida.
