Much has been said about how focusing on Hive for a long time can be complicated at times. Not because of its complex terms or because the market itself is down, it's just the tiredness of focusing every day on trying to produce more and better, on engaging and interacting and trying to gain new followers or new ways of growing, it's simply a human pattern, when doing something for so long you start to get discouraged and want to give up on what you do. We know that at Hive, it is necessary to manage expectations, as this happens more often than you might think.

But, there is a way that I consider to be really cool to get around this, which may seem simple and lame, but for me, it is something that really works and intends to be completed, it really encourages me to continue, strengthening my desire to keep creating content and always trying to do something more for the community and its members. Are you ready to open your mind and understand this?

***There is a saying by Mark Twain:***

>*“The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer someone else up.”*

And looking at it with some affection, I can say that it is the purest truth. Making connections with people, talking, exchanging ideas, talking about Hive or not, all of these are attitudes that seek positive energy from the universe. When we try to cheer someone up, whether they are close to us or not, our focus shifts from our own doubts to the well-being of the other. As a result, the joy and excitement created by these positive acts tend to spread to us, creating a cycle of positive energy and mutual motivation.

We can say that by helping other people, by trying to cheer them up when they are close to giving up or stopping to pursue their dream, we end up helping ourselves. When I am discouraged by the things that happen at Hive, I already have in mind that I need to try to cheer someone else up, even if I myself am not excited. It may seem like something impossible to do, but believe me, it seems to be exactly the opposite: I feel good when I support other people in some way, especially those who are just starting out.

It seems that, by doing this, I feel the radiant energy of curiosity and desire for growth from this other person and this really infects me, motivating me to keep writing. For this reason, I started interacting more on the Discord servers of the Hive projects, always looking for someone who might need some help. By doing this, I feel excited, useful to the ecosystem and the community, and it makes me rethink that, no, I can't stop.

So, one of the ways to cheer yourself up is by cheering someone else up. We can even expand on this by saying that the simple fact of talking to another person can make things more lively, making plans together, commenting on a moment or something funny that happened, all of this creates a unique movement of excitement for both of you.

Muito tem se falado sobre como focar por muito tempo na Hive pode ser algo complicado em certos momentos. Não por conta de suas complexidades com termos ou porque o mercado em si está em baixa, é somente o cansaço de focar todo dia em tentar produzir mais e melhor, em engajar e interagir e tentar conquistar novos seguidores ou novas formas de crescimento, é simplesmente um padrão do ser humano, ao fazer algo por tanto tempo começar a desanimar e querer desistir do que faz. Sabemos que na Hive é preciso ter uma gerência de expectativas, pois isso acontece com mais frequência do que se imagina.

Mas, existe uma forma que considero ser bem legal de contornar isso, que pode parecer até simples e fajuta, mas para mim, é algo que realmente funciona e pretende ser concluído, realmente me anima a continuar, fortalecendo a minha vontade de continuar criando conteúdo e de tentar sempre fazer algo a mais pela comunidade e pelos membros. Você está pronto para abrir a mente e entender isso?

>*“O melhor modo de se animar é tentar animar uma outra pessoa.”*

E olhando com certo carinho para isso, posso dizer que é a mais pura verdade. Fazer conexões com as pessoas, conversar, trocar ideias, falar sobre a Hive ou não, tudo isso são atitudes que buscam a energia positiva do universo. Quando tentamos animar uma pessoa, seja ela próxima ou não, o nosso foco se desloca de nossas próprias dúvidas para o bem-estar do outro. Com isso, essa alegria e animação criada por estes atos positivos tendem a nos contagiar, criando assim um ciclo de energia positiva e motivação mutua.

Podemos dizer que, ao ajudar outras pessoas, ao tentar animá-las quando estão perto de desistir ou de parar de seguir o sonho que elas tanto almejam, acabamos por auxiliar a nós mesmos. Quando estou desanimado com as coisas que acontecem na Hive, já tenho em mente que preciso tentar animar uma outra pessoa, por mais que eu mesmo não esteja animado. Pode parecer algo impossível de fazer, mas acredite em mim, parece ser exatamente o contrário: me sinto bem ao apoiar outras pessoas de alguma forma, principalmente aquelas que estão começando.

Parece que, ao fazer isso, eu sinto a energia radiante de curiosidade e vontade de crescimento dessa outra pessoa e isso realmente me contagia, me motiva a continuar escrevendo. Até mesmo por esse motivo, comecei a interagir mais nos servidores Discord dos projetos da Hive, sempre buscando alguém que possa precisar de alguma ajuda. Ao fazer isso, me sinto animado, útil ao ecossistema e à comunidade e isso me faz repensar que, não, não posso parar.

Então, uma das formas de se animar é justamente animando outra pessoa. Podemos inclusive expandir isso dizendo que o simples fato de você conversar com outra pessoa já pode deixar as coisas mais animadas, traçar planos juntos, comentar sobre algum momento ou algo engraçado que aconteceu, tudo isso cria um movimento único de animação para ambos.
