The featured edition contest held by Hive Learners is sensational and now that it has reached its hundredth week, we have a lot to celebrate, after all it helps many writers, who perhaps, like me, do not fit into other communities whose main theme is content creation focused on crafts, featured skills, photography or something like that, so I feel like the place where writers are most valued is here at HL.

Far from creating intrigue or comparisons, each one has their own gift, their way of exposing and sharing their content, showing their best to the world in the form of words, phrases and sensational texts. Even though we are a welcoming and lively community, we can always improve and reach a new level, so today's text is something to think about, how can we remain firm and strong for another 100 weeks of incredible topics and texts? How can we improve?

I believe that to improve, we can continue with the format of 3 editions per week, I think this is a way of welcoming everyone, remembering that we have people from all over the world who participate in the editions. In each edition, we have ***“Weekly Featured Contents”***, where 3 authors are chosen as highlights and 3 more as honorable mention (who don't win anything as far as I know), so it could be worked on, increasing this amount of authors, removing the honorable mentions and thus selecting 5 or 10 authors to win the prize of 1 HSBI and 100 Ecency points.

We also have ***“Prominent Authors Of Hive Learners”*** which selects 5 authors to win 1 [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) each, again, I believe that this number could rise, to 10, for example, and thus increase the chances of more authors winning, why is that? Because you open up a new perspective from which more authors can win, encouraging more chances for everyone to do their best and write better, creating a higher quality post. In addition to these prizes, I believe that HP delegations could be lent as a prize, so each author could help the community in a better way.

I could say to do something on the tag, they would also gain something, so we would encourage people to spread their phrases, ideas, feelings and everything with a touch of learning in the threads, this could certainly spread more of what Hive Learners is to people who are in [ Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive).

Now a negative point that I noticed and I don't know exactly how it happened, but many Brazilian members posted for a long time on HL and didn't receive votes and apparently, they weren't able to find support to ask what was happening. I know that Discord has several open channels and even a support channel with tickets and everything, but perhaps it would be better to improve this communication and if a post is skipped, leave a comment explaining the reasons and how the author could improve and meets the conditions to receive the curation vote.

Regarding the topics, I would particularly like them to be more related to technology, cryptocurrencies, games, current affairs and even [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) itself, but I would also really like it if the subjects could be related to the most diverse situations and that the proposal would be something like “what would you do in this situation”?, “If it were up to you, what would your decision be”? Things like that, as some topics kind of require you to have experienced the situation to create something cool to share, so with a subject simulating a more generic situation, I think it would be easier for everyone to participate and express their opinions and learnings.

O concurso edição em destaque realizado pela Hive Learners é sensacional e agora que chegou em sua centésima semana, temos muito o que comemorar, afinal ela ajuda a muitos escritores, que talvez assim como eu, não se encaixam em outras comunidades que têm como principal tema a criação de conteúdo voltada para trabalhos manuais, habilidades em destaque, fotografia ou algo assim do tipo, então, sinto que o lugar onde os escritores são mais valorizados é aqui na HL.

Bem longe de criar intrigas ou comparações, cada um têm o seu dom, a sua forma de expor e compartilhar o seu conteúdo, mostrando o seu melhor para o mundo em forma de palavras, frases e textos sensacionais. Mesmo sendo uma comunidade acolhedora e bem animada, podemos sempre melhorar e chegar em um novo patamar, então o texto de hoje é algo a se pensar, como podemos continuar firmes e fortes para mais 100 semanas de assuntos e textos incríveis? Como podemos melhorar?

Acredito que para melhorar, podemos continuar com o formato de 3 edições por semana, acho que isso é uma forma de acolher a todos, lembrando que temos pessoas de todo o mundo que participam das edições. A cada edição, temos o ***“Weekly Featured Contents”***, onde 3 autores escolhidos como destaques e mais 3 como menção honrosa (que não ganham nada até onde sei), então poderia ser trabalhado, o aumento dessa quantidade de autores, retirando as menções honrosas e assim selecionar 5 ou 10 autores para ganhar o prêmio de 1 HSBI e 100 pontos Ecency.

Temos também o ***“Prominent Authors Of Hive Learners”*** que seleciona 5 autores para ganhar 1 [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive) cada, novamente, acredito que esse número poderia subir, para 10, por exemplo, e assim aumentar as chances de mais autores ganharem, por que isso? Porque você abre uma nova perspectiva de que mais autores podem ganhar, incentivando com mais chances, cada um fazer o seu melhor e escrever melhor, criando uma postagem com mais qualidade. Além destes prêmios, acredito que poderia ser emprestado como prêmio, delegações de HP, assim, cada autor poderia ajudar de uma forma melhor a comunidade.

Poderia dizer para fazer algo no X (antigo twitter) e nas threads, mas já temos algumas ações iniciadas recentemente, mas poderíamos ter mais uma competição sadia, como, por exemplo, subir a hashtag #hivelearners durante a semana e os autores que mais utilizaram a tag, ganhariam também alguma coisa, sendo assim incentivaríamos as pessoas a espalhar suas frases, ideias, sentimentos e tudo com um toque de aprendizagem nas threads, isso poderia com certeza espalhar mais o que é a Hive Learners para as pessoas que estão na [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive).

Agora um ponto que negativo que percebi e não sei bem como desenrolou, mas muitos membros brasileiros postaram por um bom tempo na HL e não receberam votos e ao que tudo indica, não conseguiram encontrar bem um suporte para perguntar o que estava acontecendo. Sei que o Discord tem vários canais abertos e até mesmo um de suporte com tickets e tudo mais, mas, talvez fosse melhor melhorar essa comunicação e se algum post for pulado, que deixassem um comentário explicando melhor os motivos e como o autor poderia melhorar e se enquadrar nas condições para receber o voto da curação.

Sobre os tópicos, eu particularmente gostaria que viessem mais relacionados a tecnologia, criptomoedas, jogos, atualidade e até mesmo sobre a própria [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive), mas também gostaria muito que os assuntos pudessem ser relacionados com situações das mais diversas e que a proposta fosse algo do tipo “como você faria nessa situação”?, “Se fosse com você, qual seria a sua decisão”? Coisas desse tipo, pois alguns tópicos meio que exigem que você tenha vivido a situação para criar algo bacana para compartilhar, então com um assunto simulando uma situação mais genérica, acho que ficaria mais fácil para todos participarem e expressarem as suas opiniões e aprendizados.

***Bem, é isso, feliz 100 semanas e vamos rumo as 200 semanas. É daqui para frente e o aprendizado não para nunca!***
