Difficulty we always have and surely we have all been through some complicated learning time to learn something we did not go well as we think and, no matter how hard we try, it seems that something does not get in the head at all, at least not at first. Then beat that despair, what will happen? Will I be able to learn this? With time and my effort, will I understand what this is about? Yeah, it's not easy to go through it, but I think it's like an event that everyone goes through in life.

For me, what was hardest to learn was just my work, programming. Why? Simply because I learned something in college and the time I got into my job, my God, nothing I saw there was what I had at my work. What a desperation, what a madness, why I was super anxious thinking: Will I handle it? It is one thing to be in college, to learn in one way or another and then to go after it, another is to take the first steps in professional life, with pressure, wanting to work and needing the salary and, thus, usually errors cannot be made.

Not to mention that there were other problems, for example, an instruction in SQL, you have “Select”, “From”, “Where” the type of bank changes (for example, postgreSQL or mySQL) these instructions are usually equal or similar and even that was complicated, because the company where I started using key instructions and key controls Everything, because it seemed to be the basics for everyone, but for me it was days of struggle and a lot of study, until I could learn and understand what each instruction was.

Good thing the people of my work were patient with me and I stayed for 6 months as an intern, where it was the months I worked most and gave my blood to learn everything that was possible. I remember that I had to stay only 4 hours a day at the company (if I'm not mistaken, it's been a long time), but I had 6 sometimes 8, studying and seeing the other programmers working to learn everything they knew and how they stirred tools, programming languages ​​and others.

So this was the moment when I had the most difficulty learning something. Because of this job in the area of ​​information technology, it was my first, it was all new, so I didn't want to do ugly, I wanted to do everything to be able to learn as soon as possible and thus play a good role in the company. I remember that it was the moment when I felt more pressure to do something, because it was the real world, it was my first job, so it put many doubts and fears on me, but thank God and my effort I managed to overcome.

Today, it's been 14 years practically in the same place, I learned a lot and it gave me some stability, not financial, but at least knowledge and I know that now I can do just about anything, because the fundamentals and the basics I have already dominated. What do I know, I do, what I don't know, research and so I develop new things, either for me or where I work.

Dificuldade sempre temos e com certeza todos nós já passamos por algum momento complicado de aprendizado de Algo não saiu bem como pensamos e, por mais que nos esforcemos, parece que esse algo não entra na cabeça de jeito nenhum, pelo menos não no começo. Então bate aquele desespero, o que será que vai acontecer? Será que vou conseguir aprender isso? Com o tempo e meu esforço, irei entender do que se trata isso? É, não é fácil passar por isso, mas acho que é tipo um evento que todos passam na vida.

Para mim, o que foi mais difícil de aprender foi justamente o meu trabalho, programação. Por quê? Simplesmente porque aprendi uma coisa na faculdade e na hora que entrei para o meu emprego, meu Deus, nada do que vi lá era o que tinha no meu trabalho. Que desespero, que loucura, por que fiquei super ansioso pensando: será que vou dar conta? Uma coisa é estar na faculdade, aprender de uma maneira ou outra e depois correr atrás, outra é dar os primeiros passos na vida profissional, com pressão, querendo trabalhar e precisando do salário e, com isso, geralmente erros não podem ser cometidos.

Sem contar que havia outros problemas, por exemplo, uma instrução em SQL, você tem “Select”, “From”, “Where” e mesmo que o tipo de banco mude (por exemplo, PostgreSQL ou mySQL) essas instruções costumam ser iguais ou parecidas e até isso foi complicado, porque a empresa onde comecei usar instruções e comandos-chave que nem na faculdade havia visto, ou seja, só aumentou mais ainda o meu desespero com tudo, porque parecia ser o básico para todos, mas para mim foram dias de luta e muito estudo, até conseguir aprender e entender o que era cada instrução.

Ainda bem que o pessoal do meu trabalho foi paciente comigo e fiquei por 6 meses como estagiário, onde foram os meses em que eu mais trabalhei e dei o meu sangue para aprender tudo o que era possível. Lembro que eu tinha que ficar somente 4 horas por dia na empresa (se não me engano, já faz muito tempo), mas eu ficava 6 às vezes 8, estudando e vendo os outros programadores trabalhando para poder aprender também tudo o que eles sabiam e como mexiam nas ferramentas, linguagens de programação e dentre outros.

Então, esse foi o momento em que tive mais dificuldade para aprender algo. Por esse emprego na área de tecnologia da informação, era o meu primeiro, era tudo novidade, então não queria fazer feio, queria fazer de tudo para poder aprender o mais rápido possível e assim desempenhar um bom papel na empresa. Lembro que foi o momento em que mais senti pressão por fazer algo, porque era o mundo real, era o meu primeiro emprego, então, isso colocou muitas dúvidas e medos em mim, mas graças a Deus e o meu esforço consegui superar.

Hoje, já são 14 anos praticamente no mesmo lugar, aprendi muita coisa e isso me deu uma certa estabilidade, não financeira, mas pelo menos de conhecimento e sei que agora consigo fazer praticamente qualquer coisa, pois os fundamentos e o básico eu já dominei. O que sei, eu faço, o que não sei, pesquiso e assim vou desenvolvendo coisas novas, seja para mim ou para o lugar onde trabalho.
