Every At dawn, we have a new chance to do everything differently and start over in some part of our lives. If something didn't work out today, tomorrow we know that we can learn and understand what happened and, with that, seek to improve on what we failed to do and correct the mistakes that led us to not be able to achieve our goal. Even so, knowing that we have this opportunity every day, fear prevents us from taking the first step towards the necessary change, but is it possible to do something to overcome this more easily?

I believe that this fear comes mainly from not knowing what it will be like to leave the comfort zone or the place where you are at the moment and that is normal. It is not easy to desire this change and start over, because we simply do not know what is "in the dark part of the forest" and that is what holds us back. But, if there is one thing that we should add to the equation, it is that everything we do, regardless of whether it is right or wrong, is a learning experience and is responsible for our growth and evolution.

This brings us back to what happened yesterday, and that is the crux of the matter, because in addition to learning, we are still stuck in the past when everything went wrong. So, the challenge is to know how to separate things, that this learning is something beneficial, even if it originated from something that didn't work out or that we didn't like, and we should throw away the bad part, which is precisely what didn't work out. They are two sides of the same coin, but we must somehow have the focus and willpower to choose, to always try to take the good side of things. The past is not a burden, but rather an updated manual that can help guide you towards more correct and safer choices.

Finally, a very interesting point to mention is that these changes and this desire to change, to start something over again, do not usually happen drastically, that is, we do not change whenever we want, they are small steps, built daily in each decision you make. For this reason, change may seem slow, but that is exactly how it becomes more comfortable to change, with one small new choice at a time. Set small goals, try to achieve them in the purest and most serene way possible, and celebrate each victory and prepare yourself for the next small big challenge. Before you know it, the big change will already be happening.

A cada amanhecer, temos uma nova chance de fazer tudo diferente e recomeçar em alguma parte de nossa vida. Se algo não deu certo hoje, amanhã sabemos que conseguimos aprender e entender o que aconteceu e, com isso, buscar melhorar no que deixamos de fazer e corrigir os erros que nos levaram a não conseguir conquistar o nosso objetivo. Mesmo assim, sabendo que temos essa oportunidade diária, o medo nos impede de dar o primeiro passo em direção à mudança necessária, mas será que é possível fazer algo para superar isso com mais facilidade?

Acredito que esse medo vem principalmente do não saber como será sair da zona de conforto ou do lugar onde você está no momento e isso é normal. Não é fácil mesmo desejar essa mudança e recomeço, porque simplesmente não sabemos o que tem “na parte escura da floresta” e isso é o que nos trava. Mas, se tem algo que devemos somar à equação, é que tudo o que fazemos, por mais que seja certo ou errado, é um aprendizado e é responsável por nosso crescimento e evolução.

Isso nos remete ao que aconteceu justamente ontem e é esse o ponto X da questão, porque além de aprender, ainda nos prendemos a esse passado em que tudo deu errado. Então, o desafio é saber separar as coisas, que esse aprendizado é algo benéfico, mesmo que a sua origem tenha sido de algo que não deu certo ou que não gostamos, e devemos jogar fora a parte ruim, sendo justamente o que não deu certo. São dois lados de uma mesma moeda, mas devemos de alguma forma ter o foco e a força de vontade de escolher, de tentar pegar sempre o lado bom das coisas. O passado não é um fardo e sim um manual atualizado que pode te ajudar a guiar para escolhas mais corretas e seguras.

Por fim, um ponto bem interessante de comentar é que essas mudanças e esse desejo em mudar, em recomeçar algo normalmente não acontecem de forma drástica, ou seja, não mudamos na hora que desejamos, são pequenos passos, construídos diariamente em cada decisão que você toma. Por esse motivo, a mudança pode parecer devagar, mas é justamente assim que fica mais confortável mudar, com uma pequena escolha nova por vez. Defina pequenos objetivos, tente alcançá-los da forma mais pura e serena possível e a cada vitória celebre e se prepare para o próximo pequeno grande desafio. Quando você menos perceber, a grande mudança já estará acontecendo.
