We know that [Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-artificial-intelligence) is increasingly among us, being applied in various segments of our daily lives and at a truly frightening speed. [Elon Musk](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-elon-musk) even commented that by 2029 we might already be almost surpassed by A.I. in practically everything, so whether this is a prediction or just a guess, what we can imagine is that it is very close, only 5 years separated today from that prediction.

Following the thought, one of the main reasons that scares us the most about its use, is how it can replace humans in the most diverse tasks, whether physical or mental, artificial intelligence does have an incredible processing and learning power that can surpass us. easily, but this could take years, perhaps much longer than the 5 years that Elon Musk risked saying, although in my opinion the risk does exist.

Now, how can we prepare for this? The future is inevitable, I always say this, business owners aiming for [Profits](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-profit) and more profits will obviously replace their [Employees](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-employee) by robots, even if it costs a lot for now, the financial return will happen over time, when you no longer need to pay salaries, benefits or terminations to your employees, not to mention the speed of service and production will be greater, without complaints, without illnesses or discouragement of its employees, a perfect entity.

The risk is great for everyone, including me, [Programmer](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-developer) who always puts his mind to thinking to solve the company's problems, whether errors or improvements, I'm always working to speed up and implement new things. What will A.I. be like? therefore? Well, I believe that for a computer to create codes and solutions it will be super easy, there will be no major problems that it cannot solve, perhaps in certain situations a human will have to supervise, with complex scenarios or something like that, but, honestly, I don't think that This will happen and in the future, large production centers that use programming will be operated only by robots.

Just like attendants, telemarketing and several other areas, automation is not a physical or logical challenge, it is just financial, so as the diffusion of artificial intelligence happens, the trend is the price of [Cost](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-cost) decrease and its implementation increases and in human workers we will be seeing ships. How will we deal with this? How will I deal with this? I don't know, I really don't see how to combat this because in my view a robot that thinks ***“alone”*** can be unbeatable in anything it does, because otherwise, for example, the artists, musicians and voice actors who so much fear the use of A.I. they would not be scared as we are constantly seeing.

Reinforcing this point, who doesn't remember the strike that happened to Hollywood actors? It came to an end after almost four months of much negotiation and the agreement signed was still provisional, meaning there will still be a lot of history ahead. At this point, I think the only thing we can do to protect ourselves is unity, whether within your category or the unity of people, like all of humanity! To create rules to be followed that better define how to use this new feature that is becoming more and more implanted in our lives.

If this is still not enough or no definition is created, I believe the way will be to use one of the most underestimated abilities of human beings: adaptation! We are capable of adapting to almost any situation, whether good or bad, things that happen out of nowhere or planned, changes, crises, wars, common or extraordinary problems, adapting is what we can do, after all, with our obsolete skills, In this hypothetical scenario, we must think of some way to survive, analyze what is left and go after it.

The future can be incredible and, at the same time, horrible for us, but we cannot lose hope that things will improve, just as there are many people who just want to reduce costs (getting rid of people), many others are worried about the use of A.I. and they will certainly fight for our rights to be respected and that includes decent work to earn the bread that feeds us.

Sabemos que a [Inteligência Artificial (I.A.)](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-artificial-intelligence) está cada vez entre nós, sendo aplicada em vários seguimentos do nosso cotidiano e em uma velocidade realmente assustadora. [Elon Musk](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-elon-musk) chegou a comentar que em 2029 talvez já seriamos quase que superados pela I.A. em praticamente tudo, então, se isso é uma previsão ou apenas um chute, o que podemos imaginar é que está bem perto, apenas 5 anos separaram o hoje dessa previsão.

Seguindo o pensamento, um dos principais motivos que mais nos assusta ao seu uso, é como ela pode substituir os humanos nas mais diversas tarefas, sejam elas físicas ou mentais, a inteligência artificial têm sim um poder incrível de processamento e aprendizado que pode nos superar facilmente, mas, isso pode levar anos, talvez bem mais do que os 5 anos que Elon Musk arriscou dizer, apesar de que o risco na minha opinião existe sim.

Agora, como podemos nos preparar para isso? O futuro é inevitável, eu sempre falo isso, os donos de empresas visando [Lucros](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-profit) e mais lucros, obviamente irão substituir seus [Funcionários](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-employee) por robôs, mesmo que isso custe muito por agora, o retorno financeiro acontecerá com o tempo, quando não precisar pagar mais salários, benefícios ou rescisões para seus empregados, sem contar que a velocidade de atendimento e produção será maior, sem reclamações, sem doenças ou desanimo de seus funcionários, uma entidade perfeita.

O risco é grande para todos, inclusive para mim, [Programador](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-developer) que sempre coloca a cabeça para pensar para resolver os problemas da empresa, sejam erros ou melhorias, estou sempre atuando em agilizar e implantar coisas novas. Como será a I.A. com isso? Bem, acredito que para um computador criar códigos e soluções será super tranquilo, não existirão grandes problemas que ele não possa resolver, talvez em certas situações um humano terá que supervisionar, com cenários complexos ou algo assim, mas, na sinceridade, não acho que isso ocorrerá e no futuro, grandes centros de produção que utilizam programação serão operados apenas por robôs.

Assim como atendentes, telemarketing e diversas outras áreas, automatização não é um desafio físico ou logico, é apenas financeiro, então a medida que a difusão da inteligência artificial for acontecendo, a tendência é o preço de [Custo](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-cost) diminuir e sua implantação aumentar e nos humanos trabalhadores estaremos a ver navios. Como lidaremos com isso? Como lidarei com isso? Não sei, realmente não vejo como combate isso porque no meu ver um robô que pensa ***“sozinho”*** consegue ser imbatível em qualquer coisa que ele vá fazer, porque senão, por exemplo, os artistas, músicos e dubladores que tanto temem o uso de I.A. não estariam assustados como estamos vendo constantemente.

Reforçando esse ponto, quem não se lembra da greve que aconteceu com os atores de Hollywood? Que chegou ao fim após quase quatro meses de muita negociação e o acordo firmado ainda foi provisório, ou seja, ainda terá muita história pela frente. Nesse ponto, acho que a única coisa que podemos fazer para nos proteger é a união, seja da sua categoria ou a união das pessoas mesmo, tipo a humanidade toda! Para serem criadas regras a ser seguidas que definam melhor como utilizar essa novidade que está a cada momento mais implantada em nossas vidas.

Se mesmo assim, isso não for o suficiente ou nenhuma definição for criada, acredito que o jeito será utilizar uma das habilidades mais subestimadas dos seres humanos: a adaptação! Somo capazes de nos adaptar a quase toda situação, sejam boas ou ruins, coisas que acontecem do nada ou planejadas, mudanças, crises, guerras, problemas comuns ou extraordinários, se adaptar é o que da para fazer, afinal, com nossas habilidades obsoletas, deveremos neste cenário hipotético, pensar em alguma forma de sobreviver, analisar o que sobrou e correr atrás disso.

O futuro pode ser incrível e, ao mesmo tempo, horrível conosco, mas não podemos perder a esperança de que as coisas irão melhorar, assim como têm muitas pessoas que querem apenas reduzir os custos (se livrando das pessoas) muitas outras estão preocupadas com o uso de I.A. e com certeza irão lutar para os nossos direitos serem respeitados e isso inclui um trabalho digno para conseguir o pão que nos alimenta.
