Change always scares you, that's for sure. Of all the concepts that we always study and put into practice, perhaps one of the ones that will always scare us is change. When something new happens, we are not always prepared or even expecting something to change and this makes us panic.

The act of changing displeases a lot of people, because when we are in our bubble, in our routine it is very comfortable and pleasant. We do the same (thing) every day, every moment, we have a subject or a skill mastered in our mind and we don't even look for something new to change a little.

Then comes that day that we even forget it exists: the day of change, suddenly something happens and changes the whole routine, everything we conquered and was there happening over and over again. Anxiety crisis, panic, fear, this is all normal, who has never been through this?

However, we should try to be at peace with our mind and analyze the situation, is this new one really that bad? It will always be difficult, we are not a computer to install a program and that's it, everything is ok, but we must be aware that this new one will scare only now and that later, even this novelty can become a routine.

Cycles start and end, that's how it works, some faster, some take longer, so when you start a new cycle, as much as it scares you at first, take it easy, you'll adapt and understand all this news and soon you'll do all this new with the best possible performance.

A mudança sempre assusta, isso você pode ter certeza. De todos os conceitos que sempre estudamos e colocamos em prática, talvez um dos que vai sempre  nos assustar seja a mudança. Quado algo novo acontece, nem sempre estamos preparados ou nem sequer esperávamos que algo mudasse e isso nos deixa em pânico.

O ato de mudar desagrada muita gente, pois quando estamos na nossa bolha, na nossa rotina é muito confortável e prazeroso. Realizamos a mesma (coisa) todo dia a todo momento, temos um assunto ou uma habilidade masterizada na nossa mente e nem procuramos alguma novidade para mudar um pouco.

Então, vem aquele dia que até esquecemos que existe: o dia da mudança, subitamente algo acontece e muda toda a rotina, tudo o que conquistamos e estava ali acontecendo repetidamente. Crise de ansiedade, pânico, medo, isso tudo é normal, quem nunca passou por isso?

Contudo, devemos tentar ficar em paz com a nossa mente e analisar a situação, será que esse novo é tão ruim assim? Difícil sempre será, não somos um computador para instalar um programa e pronto acabou, está tudo ok, mas devemos ter a noção que esse novo assustará só agora e que depois, até mesmo essa novidade pode se tornar uma rotina.

Ciclos iniciam e terminam, é assim que funciona, alguns mais rápidos outros mais demorados, então, ao começar um novo ciclo, por mais que assuste no começo, tenha calma, você vai se adaptar e entenderá toda essa novidade e em breve fará todo esse novo com o melhor desempenho possível.
