In difficult times like this, how to keep calm and serenity? It may be something simple, but the tips I can give you are just what I do when I'm about to lose my mind.  I play with my kids, talk to my wife, have a coffee or a cold water, sometimes even a very cold shower will do the trick. But the most important thing is, always remember the people who are with you, who are in the fight by your side. I always try to thank God for what I have and achieved. When everything seems lost, I always remember my family, the few but loyal friends I have and I always try to keep positive thinking in mind, that everything can and will improve. Let us have faith, everything will pass!
