# <center> Making a totally recycled notebook. </center>

<br> Hello friends of Hive, today I want to present a beautiful and elegant notebook with its hard cover and very useful for any occasion, it has many uses: they could use them as a sketchbook or simply as a notebook is very elegant and if we want we can do it in a personalized way because in the front part could be placed any motif we want. In this case I simply wanted it made of blue jeans fabric in a gray tone to make it look a little serious.
>Hola amigos de Hive, el día de hoy les quiero presentar un hermoso y elegante cuaderno con su tapa dura y muy útil para cualquier ocasión, tiene muchos usos: podrían usarlos como cuaderno de dibujo o simplemente como un cuaderno de notas es muy elegante y si deseamos lo podemos hacer de forma personalizado ya que en la parte del frente se podría colocar cualquier motivo que deseemos. En este caso simplemente lo quise de tela de blue jeans en un tono gris para que quedara un poco serio.

<br> I am in those days where I am quite creative and when I think of doing something, I start with a lot of encouragement and I always try to see the positive before some difficulties that arise, but so far everything has had a solution, these notebooks are very sought after and expensive here where I am so I decided to make one for me and not so much because of the cost simply because I wanted to do it as I will be showing it. But I tell you that everything is not that easy, this notebook to make it takes 3 days to make because it needs specific times to let it rest.
>Ando en esos días dónde me encuentro bastante creativa y cuando pienso en hacer algo, comienzo con bastante ánimo y trato de ver siempre lo positivo antes algunas dificultades que se presentan, pero hasta el momento todo ha tenido solución, estos cuadernos son muy buscados y costosos acá donde me encuentro por eso decidí hacer uno para mí y no tanto por lo costoso simplemente porque lo quería hacer tal cual lo estaré mostrando. Pero les cuento que todo no es así de fácil este cuaderno para realizarlo dure 3 días en su elaboración ya que necesita de momentos específicos para dejarlo en reposo.

* White sheets.
* Scissors.
* Wicker thread.
* Piqueta.
* A piece of cloth.
* Cardboard.
* Glue.
>Los materiales que utilice fueron los siguientes:

>* Tijera.
>* Hilo pabilo.
>* Piqueta.
>* Un trozo de tela.
>* Cartón
>* Pegamento.

<br> To begin the elaboration of the notebook, we start by taking the white sheets and separate them into several blocks of five sheets each, folding them in half horizontally as shown in the image.
>Para comenzar la elaboración del cuaderno comienzo agarrando las hojas blancas y la separamos en varios bloques de cinco hojas cada una, doblamos por la mitad de forma horizontal así como se muestra en la imagen.

<br> Then with the pickaxe, cut a little on the spine of the notebook each block of five pages.
>Luego con la piqueta se corta un poco en el lomo del cuaderno cada bloque de cinco páginas.

<br> We also proceed to grab the wicker thread and we will weave it quite tightly in a zigzag pattern and proceed to leave all the blocks together and form a single block to make the notebook.
>También se procede a agarrar el hilo pabilo y lo vamos a tejer bastante fuerte en forma de zigzag y procedemos a dejar unidos todos los bloques y formamos un solo bloque para lograr hacer el cuaderno.

<br> Then we take the piece of fabric and place it on the spine of the notebook where it is fastened with thread a little glue and we glue it as I will show you in the image. Keep in mind that you have to let it dry for 24 hours.
>Luego agarramos el pedazo de tela y le colocamos en el lomo del cuaderno donde está sujetado con hilo un poco de pegamento y lo pegamos así como les mostraré en la imagen. Teniendo en cuenta que hay que dejar secar por 24 horas

<br> Then we mark on the cardboard the covers of the size of the notebook and remove the two covers and the part of the spine, proceeding to cut them out.
>Luego marcamos en el cartón las tapas del tamaño del cuaderno y sacamos las dos tapas y la parte del lomo, procediendo a recortarlas.

<br> In this step we look for the fabric that will be used and we put glue to all the cardboard and also to the loin as you can see.
>En este paso se busca la tela que se usará y le colocamos a todo el cartón pegamento y también al lomito así como podrán observar.

<br> Almost to finish, we put glue on the tabs of the fabric and fold it towards the inside of the cardboard. Let it dry for 24 hours again.
>Casi para finalizar se le coloca pegamento en las pestañas de la tela y doblamos hacia la parte de adentro del cartón. Dejamos secar también por 24 horas nuevamente.

<br> Then the notebook is glued, first the first and last two sheets are glued to the cardboard that will be the cover of the book and we wait for it to dry for 24 hours.
>Luego se pega el cuaderno, primero las dos hojas tanto la primera como la última la pegamos del cartón que será la tapa del libro y esperamos a que este seque por 24 horas.
