It is very difficult to find a job in a developing country like ours. Thousands of educated youths fight for just one job here. At first, as soon as he got the job, he was floating in a sea of happiness, but after a few days, that dream of happiness began to fade day by day.

If someone gets a government job, it is a very comfortable job, but if they get a job in a private organization, it is undoubtedly difficult. Although at first all of the colleagues seem like very nice people, they gradually realize how dire the situation can be. 
There are some people who are low-minded and cannot tolerate the goodness of others. As a result, the deranged person puts extra pressure on a new employee and wants to relax a little. Moreover, some organizations continue to put excessive pressure on other targeted people to give jobs to their own people, so that they quit their jobs.

Moreover, some company owners, in order to earn extra profits, impose additional burdens on their company's officers and employees and continue to increase the workload on them day after day. As the workload continues to increase day by day, the employee becomes mentally distressed day by day.

Moreover, in some cases, if the office imposes tasks on us that we do not like to do, it creates a mentally frightening situation and mental stress is immense. 

I have worked for a total of five companies in my 12 years of work experience. I gained a lot of experience while working in these five companies. I worked in those institutions under tremendous mental and physical stress and was finally forced to leave at some point. There was extreme inequality in terms of pay, excessive workload, threats from the boss, and job politics.
I am quite comfortable in my current job after changing four jobs. I like my current job because I love what I do. I am a mechanical engineer and the work I do now is perfectly aligned with my engineering sector. My current job is very creative and unique, and I am constantly learning about different technologies, so I love my job very much.


**What we need to do to control workplace stress:**

First, you need to demonstrate your utmost skills and show everyone that you are not afraid of doing anything and that you are perfect for any job. Then everyone will respect you enough and won't dare to impose extra work on you.

There will be various types of politics in the job field, so we must try our best to avoid those who are involved in all these bad thoughts. If that still doesn't happen, the highest authorities should be informed directly and proper justice should be arranged. If that doesn't work, you should quit the job and try another one. 

Above all, you should try to find a job that suits your preferences and matches your skills. This should be a job that you don't feel bad about working no matter how many hours you work. Moreover, you can constantly learn something new in that job, so that job will never feel boring or stressful to you.
