# EasyDefi First Quarter Return #  # - @easydefi now publishes real time earnings for pool members. - In the past I published YTD returns, which were 88%-105% depending on when you joined the pool. - During the current bear market the value of Leo tokens and Cub tokens went down, which affected returns, but the Cubfinance Farms, which use to return 80-100% per year are still providing nice 20-28% yearly returns. - **As evidence of this, returns for the first quarter are 7% on average with the first quarter APR varying between 6.48% and 8.4%, with variability based on when people add to their investment, but currently averaging about 7% for the first three months.** - This gives a projected return of 28% for the year. - By comparison this is over twice as much as you can earn by average person with curation 12% - And over 1000 times as much as you can earn in a Bank Savings Account 0.25% per year - Figures below are estimates calculated by me and subject to human error. #  # - The earnings per payout per payout are listed, and total payout for the year to the far right. - The QTR earnings ROI is the sum of total quarter earnings divided by total investment. # - I have kept it simple for clarity and ease of understanding, no fancy calculations, just earnings over capitol, ROI at it's simplest form. # - Note: because @easydefi absorbs all costs, they don't factor into earnings, and because the earnings reflect the payout after paying @easydefi 10% so it simplifies the calculation further. - This is done manually, but in the future I will use a so called cell formula, which allows the computer to calculate the total earnings percentage or quarterly APR using the internal computer built into the spreadsheet. - Then I will just add each payout and the spearsheet will calculate everything else. - Questions?
