I was reading a great review by @reeta0119 about a great new game, which I suggest you check out [here](https://steemit.com/stateofthedapps/@reeta0119/ddyvbydesnkoyfrwapwnlayfvbfpcjvwkbjs) and I realized that I have written reviews of several **dApps** otherwise known as decentralized Applications, which run on the Steem blockchain. But I didn’t review the application I check several times a day **Steemify!**

Steemify is described as a notification App created by the Witness @blockbrothers a group of developers who run their own Witness and developed this application for iOS. You may know one of them @exyle who posts daily and has a video show blog!

It does several different types of notifications:
1. It notifies you when any of your followers publishes a post. I have over 1500 followers and I follow a large percentage through notifications. 
2. The dApp notifies you if anyone you follow replies to your posts or your comments, which is real cool. 
3. It notifies you pretty quickly, you can vote at the five minute mark if you like the post. 
4. The settings section allows about 23 other types of notifications.

The GUI or “graphic user interface” is very easy to use. Here is me adding someone by going to my list of Steemians and typing their name.

Then I hit enter and it populates with their profile picture and name, so I know I have the right person.

Now I go back to this list of notifications and choose a few, usually the notification for when they post.

I also have an alphabetical list of the people I follow with their Steemit name and picture.

From that page I can add new people, delete old people or just mute them. Everyone on this list is in my feed. 

Although this is a notification App I also use it to write posts. It has an easy to use Markdown Editor just like Steemit, and I suspect the App is tied to the Steemit “frontend” or “homepage” because they look very similar. You also have the option to use the “Busy.org” front end with this App.

You can add tags just like the Steemit front end, upto five tags total. It also has a cool preview feature so you can preview all those cool Markdown effects before you publish your post. It also allows you to see how your pictures look in relation to your text.

So in addition to using this App for 24 different types of notifications for myself and the accounts of my followers, writing and posting to my blog using Markdown I also can see my Steemit Wallet, transfer money to other Steemians and transfer money into my Steem wallet using Blockbrothers exchange. This feature is built into the Application and is visible when you select Wallet and input your Active key. I also can claim my Steem rewards.

There’s also a menu tab called rewards where you go and check on your estimated curation and author rewards.

This section shows me my author rewards with post name and URL link to the post.

In addition I use the Application to read my blog and I can read the blogs of my followers, as  a “Web Browser” is built into the Application.

Plus I can watch imbedded YouTube or 3Speak videos inside the Application. Which is really cool.

Additionally just like the desktop version of Steemit, I can read my blog, I can see all the replies to my blog in a list and all my comments in a list and the post titles are URL links, so I can go straight to that webpage.

All the names and titles in bold are URL links, so I can back to articles or videos that I commented or and reread them or visit that persons blog and read their other posts, upvote them, leave comments and in general do everything I need all with this Application. 

The post list tells you how much your post reward estimate is, what the breakdown is between author and curator, how many upvotes you have, how many comments and you can open the post or the comments.

Additionally, there is a menu tab for information and when you open it....
It gives you access to voting!
For Witnesses, for Steemit DAO proposals, a section on Steemit FAQ or Frequently Asked Questions, to learn more about the Steemit platform.

**Steem-Engines Features**

Now because their is a built in web browser, if you find the URL for the front end of a Tribe in a post or comment, you may click on it and that frontend or webpage will open within the Application.  You can then sign into that Tribes front end and post from their front page. It also gives you access to that Tribe wallet!

Here I am logging into  the front page of the Tribe Steemleo front page.

Now that I am logged in I can post from the Frontpage of that Tribe. Here I am creating a post on that Tribes front end and as you can see I can add more the five tags now, unlike the Steemit front end.

And I can do a “beneficiary post” which means I share the post rewards automatically with someone I select. Another feature available on the Steem-Engine Tribe front ends.

Also, I can Promote my post to the Promoted page by spending Tribe Tokens, in this case Token called LEO which are burned, so this Promoting  my post burns Tokens, decreases the supply and in the long run increases the value of the Token.

Additionally, I can view my Tribe Token Wallet in side Stemify, and as you can see I can claim rewards, stake Tokens or transfer Tokens as all wallet functions are below.

Lastly I have a list of all my Steem Engine Tokens here, all on the Wallet page of the Tribe I signed into Steemleo and I can claim all my Token rewards at once from here. !!! 😀👏

**Conclusion**
Steemify is a very versatile decentralized application on the Steem Blockchain, with Steemit and Busy.org frontend, but a built in web browser that allows you to navigate to the front page of your frontend of choice like Steempeaks or a Steem-Engine Tribe front end like Steemleo. 

I use the application for:
1. Posting on my blog
2. Reading the blog posts of my followers or anyone on the new, trending, promoted or my feed.
3. I can upvote posts, reply to posts, 
4. View lists of replies to my posts or lists of my comments. 
5. Open my Steem wallet to transfer Steem in or out of my wallet, and power up or down Steem.
6. I can navigate to Steem Engine Tribe front ends to sign in and post from the Tribe front end and read my blog, as well as the Tribe Specific blogs.
7. I can claim my Tribe Token awards and view all my Tribe Tokens in a list and claim all my Tribe Tokens at once by pressing a single button. 

This is an application I use everyday and I think it’s capabilities and utility are under appreciated.
