Looking at the news today, we see that the Bitcoin lightning network beta just launched. For those of you who don't know what the Lightning Network is, it will massively speed up transactions and decrease fees on the Bitcoin network, and will be integral to Bitcoin's future.

So we are seeing a slight rally, but not as much as one might think. Looking at coinmarketcap, one might think that this dip has ended, but it doesn't seem like that, for a few reasons:

1. This rally isn't substantial enough to confirm anything, it looks very similar to the previous one.
2. The rally didn't happen on a large enough amount of volume. We definitely should be seeing more volume for this to be confirmed.
3. Looking at the relative strength, we see that this was a bounce-back from a very low index value. This in fact is a similar pattern as the last correction.

I would say that if Bitcoin hits 10,000 USD, you should buy, but right now this rally seems like nothing out of the ordinary. 

Just giving you a quick update to make sure that you are not walking into a trap buying Bitcoin right now!
