<div class="text-justify"> Y si analizamos con un poco más de profundidad este sentimiento te conlleva a los anteriores descritos, ya que el amor, es esa necesidad de querer y hacer sentir bien a las personas que amamos, pero algo muy importante es que este sentimiento debemos comenzar por aplicarlo en nosotros mismos, ya que si no te puedes amar a ti mismo. ¿Cómo podemos esperar que lo hagas por terceras personas?</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Cabe destacar que existen muchos tipos de amor, pero repito desde mi punto de vista debes comenzar a aplicarlo en tu misma persona, ya que de esta manera estarás creciendo continuamente en las diferentes áreas de tu vida personal, familiar, profesional y social ya su vez podrás reflejarlo en tu entorno. Todo lo que se hace con amor y por amor es bonito, limpio y puro, el mejor ejemplo de ello es la muerte de Jesús en la cruz para que todos fuésemos salvos, sin ese acto de amor no me quiero imaginar que sería de  nuestras vidas.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> El amarse a ti mismo, te conlleva a la aceptación, a valorar tus habilidades y sombras, a ser una persona respetuosa, a emitir pensamientos positivos en nuestras vidas, a ser una persona con pensamiento crítico y reflexivo centrada en lo que quiere para su vida. En este sentido, representa  una autovaloración y por lo tanto es sinónimo de tenerte en un alto concepto de estima, por lo que todo lo que te propongas y hagas será exitoso en tu existir, ya que cuentas con la confianza y seguridad en cada uno de los emprendimientos que te propongas.</div>
