<div class="text-justify"> En esta oportunidad, el tema que nos ocupa es la importancia que tiene para todos los padres y madres la supervisión y control del desarrollo y crecimiento de nuestros hijos desde los primeros días de vida, hasta la niñez </div>

<div class="text-justify"> ¿Que son los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo de niños sanos?</div>
<p></p>		
<div class="text-justify"> Como su nombre lo indica consiste en una supervisión minuciosa y continúa que se les debe hacer a todos los bebés desde el primer día de vida, hasta llegar a una edad aproximada de los 5 años.  Este control es de suma importancia, ya que de esta forma se puede hacer un seguimiento del sano crecimiento de nuestros hijos y en el caso contrario identificar la causa del problema y tomar las medidas adecuadas para ser tratadas o en su defecto enviarlo al especialista correspondiente.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Durante esta visitas periódicas los pediatras o especialistas en estas áreas se encargarán de supervisar la salud de los niños, mediante exámenes clínicos, de hacerle seguimiento en el peso y talla, se evalúa el desarrollo de las habilidades motoras, motrices y psicológicas de los infantes, se cumplen con el cronograma de inoculación, se le indican las vitaminas y suplementos alimenticios según sean el caso, se les brinda asesoría para la inclusión de la alimentación complementaria, se previene de algunas enfermedades comunes, como la anemia y los parásitos.</div>

This control is of utmost importance, since in this way we can monitor the healthy growth of our children and in the opposite case identify the cause of the problem and take appropriate measures to be treated or otherwise send it to the appropriate specialist.</div></blockquote>

<div class="text-justify"> En mi caso muy particular cuando tuve a mi primera hija como toda madre primeriza me avoque a realizar la visita a la pediatra, donde ella me confirmó que mi niña estaba en un estado saludable, pero me indico ciertas recomendaciones para su cuidado y preservación y de igual forma le indico cita para su primer mes de vida.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Yo seguí todas sus recomendaciones y le lleve a mí niña durante sus primeros meses y años de vida, recuerdo que cuando cumplió 18 meses, la remitió aún traumatólogo, ya que le detectó un pequeño defecto en sus pies. Y así mismo, cumplimos con esas recomendación y efectivamente el traumatólogo ortopedistas infantil le indico unos estudios que confluyeron que mi niña debía usar zapatos ortopédicos durante sus primeros años de vida, para corregir una pequeña desviación que tenía en sus pies.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Gracias al control y supervisión temprana se le pudo corregir esta situación a mí niña en el menor tiempo posible y solo utilizo los zapatos ortopédicos durante año y medio.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> En el caso de mi segundo hijo, el nació en pleno auge de la pandemia y nosotros vivimos en un pequeño pueblo donde no se cuentan con especialista en pediatría, por lo que teníamos que trasladarnos hasta otro lugar y debíamos hacer uso del transporte público, ya que no contamos con automóvil propio.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Por  toda la situación antes mencionada se nos hizo imposible llevar a mi hijo al control de crecimiento y desarrollo de niños sanos ante de sus 3 primeros meses, por lo que fue a esa edad cuando llevarlo a consulta con la pediatra donde ella le hizo una evaluación exhaustiva y detallada de su condición física, y con ella le determinó que mi bebé estaba Hipotónico, esto significa que él tenía cierto grado de flacidez en su cuerpo y por lo tanto le costaba mantener la cabeza erguida y mostraba poca rigidez en sus músculos </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Les confieso que esto para mí fue muy alarmante, sin embargo, la especialista me indico realizar ciertas actividades de estímulo, para ayudar a fortalecer sus habilidades motrices finas y gruesas y recuperar un poco sus habilidades normales, como todos padres preocupados seguimos las indicaciones y poco a poco mi niño fue recuperando ese grado de rigidez en el cuerpo y aunque fue algo lento, actualmente mi niño tiene 20 meses y tiene sus habilidades motoras muy bien desarrolladas.</div>

<blockquote><div class="text-justify"> I confess that this was very alarming for me, however, the specialist indicated me to perform certain stimulus activities to help strengthen his fine and gross motor skills and recover a little of his normal skills, as all concerned parents we followed the indications and little by little my child was recovering that degree of stiffness in the body and although it was somewhat slow, my child is currently 20 months old and has his motor skills very well developed.</div></blockquote>

<div class="text-justify"> Con mi último bebé, hemos realizado las visitas correspondientes y gracias a Dios todo marcha muy bien y seguimos confiando en Dios que las cosas sigan de esta misma forma, ya mi pequeño tiene 7 meses y cada momento con él y nuestros hijos son únicos.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Cabe destacar que existen ciertas tablas estándares que permiten supervisar y controlar el peso y la talla de nuestros niños, sin embargo, mis hijos no han cumplido con esas estandarización, hasta los momentos para su edad siempre han estado por encima de la talla y de su peso correspondiente, sin embargo, esto no es de preocupación, ya que estos valores pueden variar de acuerdo a la genética familiar de cada infante.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> El controlar y realizar las visitas a los pediatras es de suma importancia para nuestros niños, en ocasiones hay cosas que nosotros no hemos visto o no podemos determinar y ellos por obvia razones lo determinan en un santiamén, así que la finalidad de este tópico es compartir mi experiencia de vida con mis 3 grandes bendiciones y como estas supervisiones han sido de gran ayuda para mi familia en general.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Recuerden que la salud y el bienestar de nuestros niños no tienen precio, por lo tanto preocupémonos y ocúpese de ella, que las enfermedades cuando se a tienden con tiempo se pueden corregir con mayor prontitud, que cuando dejamos que nos gane la partida y suele ser demasiado tarde.</div>
