Betting tip: If you vote for your favorite gal to be eliminated, it will soften the blow later. I know there are people that do this. Vote against their favorite teams. Is the thought "better slight misery than total joy"? 

Whoops. Just now noticed a typo, "too" hard not "to" hard. Oh, well. I will correct it in the Director's Cut. If you didn't notice it before I pointed it out then... well, stupid me, I guess.

I am still in Long Beach, Washington and there was snow on the ground here the last couple of mornings. I think that might have something to do with my recent inactivity. When I am cold, I am lethargic like a lizard. My hands don't seem to work quite right. I'm pretty sure that was my problem, not that I'm mentally imbalanced. I drew this strip while sitting on the floor of the living room in front of the fireplace, and it seemed to work out fine. So, there's something I'll remember. Maybe I'll try the Ocean Park library tomorrow. They tend to keep it really warm and bright in public spaces. I think the dogs will be alright by themselves for a few hours (Now that I've sealed the hole in the fence that B.D. kept escaping through!)
