Judy Dreads, Bane of Barbers

Combine Judge Judy with Judge Dredd and you get Judy Dreads! Meta-human with the ability to move her hair like a giant, hairy octopus! Of course, if her hair is as strong as normal hair, I imagine she could possibly lift up to half a pound?

Anyway, continuing my streak of introducing new characters with dubiously useful super powers.

Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Surface Pro 4. Here is the timelapse video of my top secret drawing technique:
