 Wolverine, the berserk Canadian, in his classic yellow and blue costume before someone at Marvel R&D determined... that's not scary. Those are of course X-Men colors going back to the original X-Men, but Wolverine wasn't in the X-Men when he had this costume. He was working for the Canadian government. And not a maple leaf on him. Later they switched his costume colors around to a brown/black/orangish-tan scheme, which is of course at least closer to an actual wolverine:  Ok, enough banter.
