# Despedida

Quizás la distancia aparece como una necesidad, 
las palabras se corrompen con las horas, 
repetir la historia es caminar por una calle a oscuras, 
 ver esos ojos que ya no miran, 
permanecen en el silencio,
como una oscuridad filosa,
 que corta las voces, 
corta el viento,
hace que los susurros bajen como sangre
 escapando del cuerpo,
 somos una estación de parada,
 sin trenes, 
sin fuerza para pedalear entre los recuerdos, 
solo tenemos una pista con baches, 
dónde las miradas cambian de dirección.

 Tenemos la música,
 pero con un fondo sin ritmo,
 la respiración se corta,
 pero hay que seguir,
 con la fuerza que da el dolor y la nostalgia.
 
 Escuchas la canción,
La letra te lo repite para que no se te olvide:
 vete y no vuelvas más, 
tienes que irte,
la lluvia te recibe,
 va ocultando las lágrimas,
 borrando la historia,
 solo esperas que la noche se prolongue,
 te difumine en la distancia.

# Farewell

Perhaps the distance appears as a necessity, 
words become corrupted with the hours, 
to repeat history is to walk down a darkened street, 
 to see those eyes that no longer look, 
they remain in silence,
like sharp darkness,
 that cuts the voices, 
cuts the wind,
makes the whispers go down like blood, 
 escaping from the body,
 we are a stopping station,
 without trains, 
no strength to pedal through the memories, 
we only have a bumpy track, 
where the glances change direction.

 We have music,
 but with background without rhythm,
 the breath is cut short,
 but we have to go on,
 with the strength of pain and nostalgia.
 
 You listen to the song,
The lyrics repeat it to you so you don't forget:
 go away and never come back, 
you have to go,
the rain welcomes you,
 it's hiding the tears,
 erasing history,
 you just wait for the night to drag on,
 blurring you in the distance.
