Yes, I agree that the "deep move" here is an intentional one, from both the U.S. exo-government and the Fed: to publicly display months long "efforts" (possibly up to 18 months) to keep inflation under control - fake inflation figures there too, [as John Williams reminds us](http://www.shadowstats.com/alternate_data/inflation-charts) - it's currently much closer to 20% than to 10%. That inflation being essentially the outcome of broken supply and overinflated fiat injections, that no interest rate hike can soften, those institutions will eventually, as you point out, exhibit the Fed CBDC / panopticoin as the rescue tool.

Nevertheless, I have faith in the old Hölderlin's phrase [in his « Patmos » poem](https://www.poemhunter.com/poem/patmos/): « where there is danger,
a rescuing element grows as well »: such a context can boost a blockchain and cryptos’ return to their roots, first and foremost as electronic peer-to-peer cash – i.e., as privacy protective and fungible as cash is. It’s most probably no coincidence that in the whole debate around which cryptos are not securities, the only one that media outlets mention is BTC – one of the few ones that is not privacy-oriented (at least not enough), and can be tracked. No reference to Monero, Dash, Pirate Coin, etc. There’s a whole world to dig in, of cryptos having been set up as currencies instead of « assets » or « investments », and Hive is the perfect place to discover them.
