An afternoon at the range….

Afternoon everyone ….

My buddy George gave me a call the other day asking if I’d like to go to the gun club and shoot. I was currently on a job when he called. So me made plans for the next day.

While it’s listed as a range, you must be a member to be able to shoot there. There’s very strict laws in New Jersey about anything gun related.

Handgun cartridges can only hold ten rounds. No suppressors are allowed, no rapid fire at ranges. It’s ridiculous 

This range/gun club is an outdoor range. It’s a huge prosperity with many different ranges. They have a 300 yard rifle range, a 100 yard rifle range, a shotgun range, a black powder range, a handgun range to 100 yards, and two archery ranges. They have a full clubhouse, it’s a great set up.

My buddy George has raved about it for years. Well I finally went with him. He brought a small array of his handguns.

That day we only were shooting handguns. I’m currently in the market for a new handgun, so he brought ones that he thought I’d like.

That looks like fun! But it's true New Jersey is a tough state to be a gun owner.  It sure is a beautiful place though especially in southern Jersey.  I love Cape May! Such a beautiful place to visit.  If you want to try out some fun shooting ranges try just outside Las Vegas.  You can shoot full automatics!  With ammunition costs these days that could get expensive very quickly though!
