Well the CPI numbers being so bad has certainly stirred up the preverbal pot so to speak. I said in my post Friday, that Monday would be the tell tale sign of what’s to come. And it’s coming rather nicely in my opinion.

While I’d still love to be able to add to my stack of metals. With these prices that is certainly put on hold. For now anyway….

And that’s exactly what the precious metals market is seeing today. Gold is up over $13 right now. Which has it sitting at $1873.20. While silver is also on the rise up just under $.30. Currently sitting at $23.94. 

I haven’t had the time to check into it yet. But there must be a ton of paper contracts on silver flooding the market. Because silver should be up over $.50 an ounce of gold is up over $13 an ounce. Something smells fishy to me….

I’m looking at the gold and silver charts, and listen to my podcasts on Saturday. The only that will put metals back in a red trail will be a half of percent interest rate increase. 

But that’s not happening until at least March. The so called experts are pretty much in consensus, saying precious metals will continue to rise at a steady rate. You might see a few pullback days. But for the most part it should be mainly green. 

$1900 gold in their option is pretty much a guarantee. A couple think it might happen this week. And if it does hit $1900, then $1950 will brr we a quick jump as well.

# DAM…..<br><br>
$25 silver is also a guarantee in their options as well. Even with it trying to be manipulated. They believe if it rises quickly to the $25 mark, then $27 or $28 before the end of the month is what they are thinking.

***That would make things very interesting….***

Because if precious metals surge to these numbers. The metal gods believe the rate increase will not have the normal impact on precious metals prices that it has typically in the past.

## OH BOY…..<br><br>

Now for my final thought. I know this post is a little lengthy, but this needs to be pointed out to those that have not heard about it. There is a Hive Engine token named PIMP. If you haven’t heard about it I suggest you give it a look, some great things are gonna be happening. It’s the brain trust of @enginewitty. If you don’t know who he is, well let me give you a quickie.

He is the founder and leader of #thealliance, one of the best communities on Hive. He is also witness and you should give him a vote. If I was good enough at figuring out how to give you a link I would. But I’m not….

He also started this token PIMP. This is not a pump and dump token folks. @enginewitty is trying to build something big here. He’s a mover and shaker, trying to make all token holders profitable. Not just short term but big picture term.

Witty is a stand up dude, he has everyone’s best interest at hand. If you’ve ever interacted with him, then you would know this already. The PIMP token is going to be the number one token on the Hive Engine. That’s what kinda faith I have in him. 

While he is the brains behind it. He does throw many ideas out to the token holders on the PIMP discord channel as well. If I was smart enough I’d give you a link to the discord as well. But I’ve already answered that.
